My son and I rented bikes. I had never ridden a bike before and Bill was an excellent instructor. I came back black and blue and cut up and Bill gave us a great deal because we hadn't taken as much rental time as we expected due to my propensity to keep injuring myself. Best customer service over and most reasonable price for bike rental you can find. I live in Minneapolis and will be driving back to Webster to buy a bike, their service and value are just that good.

Bill took excellent care of us with our first time e-bike rentals and gear. The bikes worked flawlessly, the helmets fit comfortably, and the route advice for our trip was much appreciated. We cannot wait for our next visit so we can rent from WC&S again. Thanks for everything y'all!

5 Stars, plus! These guys were helpful to us when we were on vacation and a thousand miles from our home. We made a diversion to Webster and they got us and one of our bicycles back on track. Very nice people.

First time in the store- my teen's chain rusted and broke. They fit us in right away, were upfront about what we needed, and didn't sneak in any extra charges. Happy customers, we'll return for any future bicycle needs!!

Best bike shop around! We've bought 4 bikes and counting from here as well as multiple part upgrades. Bill also breathed life into my 20 year old Gary Fisher bike for very a reasonable cost when every other bike shop was telling me to just buy a new bike. Can't recommend them enough.
