Purchased over 2,ooo dollars worth of lumber. Had it delivered. We were shorted 2 boards and when we told them they accused us of trying to steal. Never will I spend another penny there.Update: they did contact me and apologized for the way we were treated and offered a refund for the boards we were shorted. It’s too bad that it takes an unfavorable public review to make a business treat you the way they should have treated you in the first place.

Great place I get everything for my business there! Shop local cause that’s what keeps me around too. Pay my bill every month and nobody has any problem with a rush delivery here and there. Thanks for being there! Don’t need a big box store for me

We love working with Northwoods Lumber! Always great service, we get what we need, deliveries are on time and if we pick up someone is always in the yard to help load. Being in Construction is a tough enough field so it’s always nice to have some hometown smiles to make things easier! Big and small jobs they can accommodate all of them we have had. Thanks to Kelley and the whole staff for making things easier on us!! You guys rock!

Horrendous customer service! Special ordered fence posts. We didn't get what we ordered and they won't let us return them. "It's policy". But they ordered wrong, not us! And its expensive for cheap posts. They just lost all of our business.
