We have two fireplace from Copycat. The entire staff: sales, installation and service was Fantastic. They were not only knowledgeable but flexible as our plans changed. They did the install quickly and cleaned everything up completely before they left. I love my fireplaces and would do it again. Nice job Copycat!

We Put a large addition on our home and moved to Wisconsin full time. Copycat did an excellent job on the install and came back to help with the initial start up. Every time I've dealt with copycat I've been impressed with the professional service.

The technician, Justin, came out today and did a complete cleaning of our stove pipe and wood burning stove and he did an incredible job. Justin was very friendly worked very hard and was knowledgeable answering all our questions. He cleaned up the area and stove after he was finished which was very appreciated. Great job, thank you!

The representatives at Copycat Hearth and Home are some of the finest I have experienced since I moved out to this area 4 years ago. Bill was very professional and quite knowledgable in providing quotes to me, one last year and one this year. As a matter of fact, I tried to get two other fireplace stores to come out and give me a quote, but they never called back nor did they show up. Dan is an excellent store representative who communicates very well and kept me abreast of everything along the way. I was able to be scheduled with them very quickly. Ken and Rich installed my logset, insulated my fireplace nicely and even cleaned up afterwards

I had Copycat come and trouble shoot my hot tub to see if it could be fixed. They were very informative, friendly and professional as they were in my property. Copycat H&H came recommended to us when we decided to replace the existing electric insert fireplace in our new (to us) home with a gas fireplace. The entire staff was extremely helpful, easy to work with, and very knowledgeable in what they do. They talked us through the process, step by step, made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. The installation was seamless, the fireplace is beautiful, we couldn't be happier!
