It is a shame that Wells Fargo, like this one in Wauwatosa, continues funding projects that cause deforestation as well as invests in the fossil fuel industry, even though it is causing harm to creation. We are praying that Wells Fargo does the right thing and stops financing the climate crisis.

I know that service isn't what it used to be, but this branch (and Wells Fargo in general) has truly set the floor for how low it can go. Couldn't get service on a Saturday, only one banker in. Couldn't get help TODAY! I left several messages for Jose, the relational banker, on setting up a NEW ACCOUNT. Clearly WF should have a t inserted in between W and F. I know that they will now try to save face by posting some nice comment about how they want to make it right. Don't believe it!

How is this location open? The phone lines haven’t worked for months, the atm hasn’t worked in months, there are 2 people working during peak hours. The only way I’m able to make deposits is to deposit into my U.S. bank account and zelle the money to my Wells Fargo account. Absolutely awful.

Went to three wells Fargo and on the third one with 5 bankers standing round not one could open up an account. That's everyones money that has an account with them being wasted

I just sat in drive thru banking for 20 minutes trying to get some money out of my account. There were 5 cars in front of me, the ATM is broken and has been for weeks. I finally get up there and give them my check for cash and my drivers license. The teller says over the speaker, do you have another form of ID, a debit card or something. I know they can see me sitting in my car so my picture ID should be enough. I gave them my debit card and stated, no wonder everyone is taking so long. Put a note up telling people you need 2 forms of ID and save us all some aggravation.

Cannot call to make an appointment because they don't pick-up. When you go in before noon to schedule in-person they are all booked. Attempted to schedule ahead for later in the week and they have one person assisting clients. Had to communicate with security. Now I have to make an International transfer of funds and I have to try another branch. This branch used to be really good but now it is very substandard.

Why is there NEVER anyone available by phone? It's not hard to answer a phone. Wells Fargo has went from bad to worse to down right disgusting to try to business with.And save me the same copy and pasted reply.Those sitting there waiting on a complaint email can read the Google reviews.

Terrible experience for business bank. For some reason lobby closed today and wasn’t a few weeks ago. Now I am in a long line at drive through And it is the middle of the month. It will be an hour before I get back to work . And no one answers the phone.Hopefully my company changes bank. I feel like I am taking my life in my hands with large deposits of cash in my car sitting in a drive through in this part of town.

A friend banks here at this branch. A vacation of over $7500 was refunded to their WELLS FARGO credit card. Their checking account is with this same WELLS FARGO. They were told that it takes up to 30 days to transfer the $7500 WF credit card refund into the WF checking account. Really, 30 days?!?!?? $4500 of it is mine! I will NEVER bank at ANY Wells Fargo. Rotten crooks!

Horrible experience. They don’t answer their phone AT ALL. Then you go in person it’s empty, people sitting at their desk but no one wants to help. Emphasize how you need to make an appointment but THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!! Saw the same lady in their twice, she is going to pretend like she was on the phone to avoid helping me. I just opened my personal account, Was trying to update my business account and open some more accounts for my kids I think I will go to another bank and close my accounts at Wells Fargo. Thank this Branch!!!
