Delicious food in hip and quiet space. Service was polite and friendly but a little off in terms of timing and skill (entrees arrived about thirty seconds after soup was served - we had asked for soups to be served prior to entrees. Too many interruptive questions about whether we needed anything/ were enjoying our meals. Sloppy wine pour - several drops on the table with each glass.) I'll go back again because I love the food and the vibe and I believe the service will improve with experience.

Our lunch for 5 at Ruscello was just fine. Each person enjoyed their chosen meal and the service was very good. The reservation process through OpenTable was not so good and the restaurant did not have our table ready, so there was a wait. I initially made a reservation for 4 through OpenTable. When our party became a total of 5, I found the reservation could not be modified on OpenTable to that number so I called the restaurant to up the number, speaking with one of the staff (did not get a name of the person, unfortunately). When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess had no knowledge that we were now a party of 5, and it seemed rather an imposition for them to re-do or get a table ready for 5, like it was my fault when I had, in fact, called in the change. It did not feel welcoming. Not a pleasant start to our luncheon. At least the server and the food were very good.

I eat here frequently and would normally give it a five on food..., I have worked my way through much of the menu. Yesterday it was just a bit “ off” Just a bit.... Chicken meatballs tasted liked they spent too much time in oven. Salad, overdressed and cherry tomatoes a bit past their prime. Serve is always excellent . I'll be back. Everyone has an off day here and there.

A favorite lunch spot for me to meet friends. The food is consistently delicious and service very good as well. Had a recent empanada special....and the regular menu offers fresh salads, and nice “comfort food “type entrees. Good coffee, and like the nice touch of the complimentary chocolate!

I love taking friends to Ruscello and hearing their comments. One friend said it was the best cheeseburger she's ever eaten. And the fries were crispy, skinny and well flavored. My Niçoise salad was well studded with capers, cherry tomatoes, Greek olives and crispy potato fingers and the salmon was perfectly seasoned. I wanted a restaurant where we could actually hear each other when we talked. And while there were a number of tables filled in the restaurant, the noise level was very low so it made for a perfect dining experience. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. So thank you for another delightful dining experience.

I had excellent service today with Malik. I made an appointment and went in and was immediately serviced. Malik explained my options clearly, and showed me on the screen everything as he did it. I chose a new phone and didn't even mind waiting a few days. Excellent customer service!

Somehow they wanted to charge $14 for kid cocktails - that's a bit extreme ! Otherwise we think the food is well done, from a diverse menu. Portion size is good too (not too big!) and the ambience is posh for this part of town. A small restaurant fit for adults and kids alike even for the lunch hour.

My girlfriend just bought a new phone and needed a new SIM, we came to the store and the manager was with another customer... but not really, it seemed like they were just socializing. Girlfriend and I grabbed a seat, we weren't in a rush. We ended up waiting about 15 or so minutes for his conversation to wind down. What followed was Orlando coming over, and just being the rudest person ever. Initially asking if she could get a new SIM without being on the account, he said "$15" fine. I asked if the phone would function on the existing 4G SIM and he said "No" and then backtracked and said "it'll be slow" Then I asked if there was wifi available to speed up activation, he comes back with a simple "don't need that", I mention "yes but it'll be faster than the 1.5Mbps on the cell in here" It just got unnecessarily tense really quickly and straight answers from Orlando were few and far between. He ended up double charging and then backtracked on the fact she couldn't register a new SIM without being the account owner. Visit was a waste of time and frankly Orlando had a really awful demeanor toward folks that didn't pay him any disrespect.

Menu items are not overwhelming with complex, interesting, really satisfying flavors and large portions. VERY short-staffed; place is showing signs of wear that should be fixed for the prices but the food is outstanding.

Actually, we were never served! Nor did we receive a glass of water, a menu or acknowledgement that we were even there! It had been some time since I had been there and my original experience was awesome! My friends and I were there for about 20 minutes, so after no service, we decided to leave. I don't know what relationship Ruscello's actually has with Nordstrom's, but they should disassociate themselves from them! I've always thought of Nordstrom's as a class act, but not after my experience at Ruscello's on Sunday. I will never go there again!

Ruscello is conveniently located in Nordstrom at Mayfair. Easy parking, covered if desired. Great menu and staff, delicious food. A favorite go-to place to meet friends or family for lunch. Especially appreciate the spaced seating and staff wearing face masks and other safety protocols taken during this time of COVID.

Every time my children and I go there we have an amazing experience.. from the food the ambiance and service too notch.. we visit 2-3 times a month. Lisa and team are the best in the business.. thank you!

Though very, very short on wait staff (we were informed of that when being seated), we had an excellent time. The food was terrific. The sole waitress somehow managed to take and deliver orders, keep everything moving. And, we had plenty of time in a spaced, comfortable setting to catch up.

Service was not what I'm used to but I also understand a shortage in staff. It seemed as if our server was handling the entire restaurant at lunch. Our dishes were never cleared, we were never asked if we cared for dessert - We noted on our reservation that we were celebrating birthdays and nothing was mentioned to us by the server. It just lacked a personal experience.

In general, everything went smoothly as expected. Surprisingly, table had coffee stain and spill when we were seated. But, I used my own Clorox wipes to clean the table. Service was average, food was good.
