Female Manager at the 27 st Location was rude and very unprofessional! She hung up the phone on us and would not give us Corporates phone number or her name when we politely asked for it! Didn’t get a monthly statement like we should and was Extremely rude and nasty!!! We will take our business to Tri City!!!

Have been with this bank for 15 years for our business. Their business online banking is a huge pain. Downloading transactions for use in accounting software, settings change on their own, requires a new password if you don't log in within 30 days (requires a call to the bank every time, not a simple process) multiple verifications with many road blocks just to get in to your account. Once in, good luck downloading transactions. No link to tech support. Too small of a bank without the tech support for today's business banking. For years they charged us for paper statements which we like to have on hand. Only plus with the small Bank was the PPP was quickly approved.

If I could give Waterstone home mortgage a zero I would. During the coronavirus what they are willing to help you with is allowing you to not pay the principal portion of your mortgage for three months. And at the end you will or that amount in full. Utterly ridiculous in a time like this, this is how Waterstone stands behind their longtime customers. I will be refinancing my home As soon as possible somewhere else. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
