This Walgreens pharmacy should be shut down permanently. They are short-staffed 7 days a week and can not properly operate as a business. The drive-thru is closed 90% of the time, and they never answer phone calls. They are frequently out of stock for a majority of their medications as well. Management has failed this location in a major way. If you take your health seriously, avoid this location at all costs! You've been warned.

Not enough staff in the pharmacy. Twice now I get a notice that says my prescription is ready. I go to the drive up during posted open hours and there is a sign "the drive up window is close, please come inside to get your prescription. I drive around, park, go inside to find the pharmacy is closed. Not enough staff. This pharmacy is not reliable.

Spent 40 minutes on hold trying to cancel one prescription and never got through. Prior call rang about 40 times and I got disconnected. Normally in person service is good but trying to get through via phone has been impossible. Have been trying for 3 days and each time no success!!!

Question for Walgreens: Why does the woman at pharmacy drive-thru hate her job so much?!!

Ripped me off for $128.. I told them I need testing for travel in 48hrs... they tested me and then said ok wait for your results 2-5 days.. smh such shtty people who only go there as a job but don't care about the people... I had a tight budget for my flight and now have to go elsewhere and pay again for a guaranteed result within 48hrs.. chick was useless and just agreed to whatever I expressed to her and gave no remedy nor consult. Just a 'yeah I know I know'.

While traveling through to get to a family reunion, I realized I was probably experiencing symptoms of a urinary tract infection and went to the Aurora Clinic at this Walgreens to see if they could help me. Of course my regular doctor in GA was on vacation at this time. The nurse practitioner diagnosed my condition, checked my record for drug allergies which she was able to pull up on line for my past two physicians and prescribed medication. Both the clinician and receptionist were very kind and the pharmacy quickly got me the medications . I appreciated their help!

Pharmacist chuck is very rude and unprofessional. He either lied to me or is misinformed about his job. Manager and pharmacy tech were very professional.

I'm in agreement with the others on this one. I rarely feel the need to rate a place nor am I an impatient person. Stopped here to fill my prescription was told 15 minutes. 40 minutes later I went back into the line to find out it will be 10 more minutes...still waiting after those 10 minutes. I'm confused on what takes so long but as a recommendation I'd start telling people it takes LONGER than it does to lower people's expectations.

I wish I could rate this Walgreens with zero stars - because that is what this store rating should be. First of all - the pharmacy staff is rude and inconsiderate. Before coming into the store, I was told my prescription was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, I waited in a crowded line in the congested back of the store to pick up my medication only to be told it was not ready - but they would page me when it would be ready - in about 15 minutes. Keep in mind - I am picking up a prescription: I DO NOT FEEL WELL. I AM ILL. I have to sit in this crowded area of the store listening to customers bicker - no - full on FIGHT with each other, and watch customer after customer receive their prescriptions. Finally - I go up to ask how much longer I have to wait and the guy looks at me and says it's been ready for a while now. I seriously cannot believe I lost an hour of my life to that store. Never. Going. Back.

This location gives me nothing but trouble. All my prescriptions are delayed, I'm diabetic and need!!!!! my insulin and this Walgreens location always tells me there are issues with my insurance. I have Medicaid and never had a different insurance and they always try to bill some other insurance. It's all messed up. I'm so annoyed I just want to change pharmacy's. I will never be able to trust a Walgreens again. I hope CVS will be better.
