Don't ever try to call about something. You'll wait hours. The drive through is closed sometimes due to "short staffing."

It’s the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever used… the prescriptions take 10 hours to fill and the line is almost always a 30 minute minimum… thought it might have been a fluke but it’s happened every time I went now. Do not use this as your main pharmacy

If I could give no stars that's what they deserve. Lynea in the pharmacy was so rude to the old man in front of me and she continued her attitude with me. I'm not going to accept that so I tried to correct her. She walked away and refused to help me. The next employee was equally rude. I will take my business elsewhere. Everytime I go in there the customer service is horrible. I called to complain and the manager was useless and rude. I tried to call corporate and it just rings. We need to put our money where our mouths are. Done.

Horrible. Went to fill a prescription, stood in line for 15 minutes and was never helped. Another time, I filled a prescription and they got it wrong.

Everyone, please call Walgreens Corporate and give these people a piece of your mind! Waits for over an hour, low staff- I could go on and on! I've never seen anything like this. I pray it gets better, it can't get any worse!

I've spent 2 whole days trying to call the pharmacy on Friday and Saturday only to get no answer. Even tried both of my cell phones with no answer only answer machine.

Tried calling the pharmacy multiple times over a week, waited more than two hours on hold and never spoke to anyone. I went in person and there were 17 people in line, and I waited an hour before I had to leave.

This pharmacy needs to be shut down.

The wait on the phone or at the store are both horrendous. I’ve literally waited for over an hour on hold. I’d recommend an independent pharmacy like Hyatt. Obviously corporate or management isn’t concerned about being consistently under staffed.

This Walgreens location is terrible. Specifically the pharmacy. The drive-thru is hit or miss on whether it's even open. When it's open there is usually a line 3-5 cars deep. When it's closed there is usually a line 10-15 people deep inside the store. Customer service is lacking depending on the tech. Expect to wait on hold for 45-60 mins if refilling a prescription over the phone. I understand the workers are going on strike etc...but this is people's medications. I can't afford to wait 5 days in order to get a prescription due to being poorly managed.I will no longer use this location, even it's the closest Walgreen's to my house.

This pharmacy by far is the worst. They are incompetent and unbelievably rude. Tonight would be my 5th prescription within a year they claim to not have received from my doctor. Today I was on hold for about a half hour so decided to just go in. They literally yelled at me and wouldn't let me get a word in. I confirmed twice with my doctor it was sent in. I had it documented from MyChart, and my doctors office even told me the time they sent it over for the second time in 3 days. Also noticed nobody was on the phone so don't know why I was on hold with "more than 3 people ahead of me" for a half hour. Also when I walked in there was a makeshift sign saying "pharmacy closed". It was not though. How can a pharmacy operate like this? Are there actual pharmacists on site because I think they have some ethical code they have to follow? I'm transferring over to swans pharmacy because I can't deal with such rude and disrespectful people in control of anything related to my health. The store workers are all rude too. They have friends they just sit around and talk to or on their phones. They don't speak to you at all when you check out. This place is a joke

This review is for the pharmacy only. I had to switch my pharmacy from Metro Market on State to this Walgreen's because of my insurance and it has been such a bad transition in terms of the physical location. First, the food: compared to Metro, I appreciate being able to order refills online and knowing how much my prescription will cost ahead of time. Unfortunately it only gets bad from there. I got a medication refilled recently and went on a Sunday afternoon to pick it up and spent almost 45 minutes in line even just to speak with staff. There were only 4 people ahead of me and at least 4-5 people behind the pharmacy. They were very inefficient. Once I actually got to the counter, it didn't take very long which I am thankful for, but overall it wasn't a pleasant experience. I've used their drive thru before and it's usually a bit faster, so I would recommend that route.

One word: Useless.Do you like waiting over 30 minutes to speak to anyone? Then this useless place is for you!! Simply dial the number and sit on hold for an hour for the bums here to tell you your prescription is in back order and can’t tell you when it might be filled. But wait! There’s more. You can gamble and take their word that it might be in tomorrow! Okay great! Call again the next day, wait on hold for another hour to tell you your order will be filled that day. Wonderful!!Next day: call and wait another hour. Still on back order but will be in at 3pm. Call back at 5pm that day and wait another hour…Resolution still waiting, on hold for 45 minutes with nothing better to do than sit on hold with this useless pharmacy

Waited over an hour for flu shots while the pharmacist was texting on her phone for at least 10 minutes instead of getting the shots ready. We had appointments and she never said anything like sorry for the wait. Then she took a guy who came 15 minutes after us and when I said we were here first, she said his appointment was first and they are shortstaffed so we just have to wait. When I suggested she maybe not text and instead get the shots ready, she started yelling at me to mind my own business, and not tell her how to do her job. Then she went to talk to the other pharmacist, and she started yelling at me and accused me of not caring how hard it is to work in their environment. I had to talk to the store manager twice about these two hotheads and he just stood there while both pharmacists were yelling at him. They obviously control the store as he just looked at me with fear in his eyes. Needless to say we left without our shots one hour and 10 minutes after our appointment.

While sitting in the drive through, I watched the pharmacist check a medication and accidental drop one of the pills from the bottle. Then saw them pick it up off the floor shrug and throw it back in the bottle. Closed it like nothing happened and kept moving. Other employees saw it happen. However they quickly filled my prescription on the spot.
