The pharmacy made me cry, I had mouth surgery today and when I picked up my medicine, they assumed I didn’t have insurance which I do! I had to ask them to update my account with my insurance and the guy yelled at me! And when they finally did it, my medications were free compared to the large amount they were going to charge me! The staff here are cruel! I’ll be switching to mejer!

I tried to get Dupixent, that was prescribed from my allergist doctor. The process took 2.5 months for the "Specialty Walgreens to finally get the order approved and by then I was living in another state and had new insurance. The worst part was when ever I called, either there was not a person answering or I would get transferred several times and always end up talking to the same immature female who would sigh and was rude. Overall, use Evergreen Pharmacy out of West Bend, WI. Evergreen got me Dupixent to my door within the day or next day. This Walgreens couldn't even transfer one pre-authorized refill to another (Grafton, WI) pharmacy and they had 2.5 months of supposedly trying! If this were a specialty medicine such as Insulin, I would be DEAD.

Theee times back to the pharmacy and they still don't have my rx ready. I have to return a fourth time now--this is their issue, not mine. They also wayyy overcharge on prescription meds. I received a quote for a medication that was nearly $400. I drove to Swan Pharm and they quoted $60. Same for another medication. $60 compared to $15 elsewhere. Honestly, this is ridiculous. Won't return after this.

If you don't try to use Walgreens for important life sustaining medications, then you'll be okay. This one like all the others is chronically understaffed, but considering that it is reasonably clean and organized. Maybe you remember a time when Walgreens skeleton crew was a clerk at photo, one at cosmetics, two at the front registers and a manager in back who would come out if anyone needed additional help? That didn't include a real pharmacist with a couple of assistants in pharmacy. All of those people could ring you up. Now one person at the register up front also does stocking, clean up, pricing, and no one covers cosmetics or "photo" (and what do they do at photo anyway since no one here knows what film is?). So the locked items in cosmetics like razors and cologne, well they are really just for display.

Date of visit: December 8, 2022What a surprise: A nice Walgreens! I stopped in here to snag a photo that I had ordered online and while doing a quick perusal of the store, found some stocking stuffers for my employees. There was someone ahead of me at the photo booth and I was quickly helped and even engaged in conversation by the clerk (I didn't think that was a think anymore). I was also greeted on my way in and acknowledged on my way out of the store as well. This location is close to work so I need to remember to hit this one up as it's far and away better than the one near where I live, on Port Washington Road.

Great service despite being crazy busy. Staff were wonderful and made it easy to pick up meds. Update: got flu shot here and it was quick, smooth, and professional. Truly appreciate the staff. Haven’t had a bad experience yet here.

Well, another visit to walgreens. Was told 15 minutes. At the ten minute mark, I verified if we were still going to be at the 15 minutes. The female clerk doesn't grasp the genuine concept of honesty. Tells me yes, right on track. My family is waiting in the car. Were all hungry. Waiting to go enjoy a dinner together. 25 more minutes pass. Finally ready. Still doesn't grasp honesty. I called her on the lack of accuracy on her 2 estimates of my family's time investment. She bald faced lied and said it wasn't her, its only an estimate, it's not my fault. I told her I can handle an estimate being off, but that its totally crappy to just lie to me about how long it takes....unprofessional dolt. Not to be trusted. Willing to lie...more than once...no matter what. I'm done with that pharmacy. I don't trust their commitment to the profession of pharmaceutical dispensary. At least she didn't say the dog ate her homework. Jeez

Perpetually understaffed pharmacy, plus every other person in line is a heavy weed smoker. Counter help is clueless. Attitude behind counter is "it's not my job." Avoid at all costs.

If you're looking to be dismissed and treated like a nuisance, I've got your place. I registered today for a required company-required health screening at 3 pm, answering about 20 questions in a form on my iPhone. When I arrived at the Walgreen's, they had no record of my appointment. The next appointment was one hour later, and the pharmacist said curtly said that I would need to re-register by phone. Fine, I'll do that. When I logged on, there were no appointments showing as available today and further, I was locked out of their system. The pharmacist shrugged his shoulders and said that I could go home and see if it would work on another device. It was clear that I was a bother, not even worth him recognizing that this was more than a little frustrating for a customer. Even a kind word of understanding, not even an offer to help me register while I was in their store, would have been appreciated. This pharmacist is doing great work building up this stellar two star store rating.

Cruel, abusive front end cashiers. Ageist bigots. Both proceeded to cross talk about me in loud voices in front of the whole store because the one cashier didn't like it when I complained to him. I complained because I had waited in line with one cashier for a long time. He came onto the second register behind me and took the customer behind me.You don't do that. The customer was rude in even taking my place but he never asked me if he could take me first. I said it was bad manners and demanded that I was "just standing there." I was waiting for a cashier! He said as loud as he could to the other cashier something like, "Girl, I ain't got time for this attitude right now because it's too hot and I ain't in the mood!" She laughed and cackled and I told her to stop laughing at me. She started fighting with me right in front of her customer - In front of the whole store. They were both bitching at me at the same time. They were like two bullies on school harassing me and I was just there to buy something from their store! I asked for his supervisor and he puffed out his chest and pointed at himself and said "you are looking at him!" He wasn't the supervisor. Then he added, "I'm the team lead!" I said I want the manager now. The manager never came to the front. God know where he was. Your staff is shouting at your customers and you aren't around? The cashier would not apply the coupon but stood there with his arms crossed whining and calling across the store about how "he couldn't handle this!" I'm a 5'3 62 year-old woman and he was a young 6-foot tall man. It was idiotic. I wanted the total and he pointed at the card reader and then had to apply the coupon, which obviously was too much for him to bear.As I left, the both laughed loudly at me and when I called them out on it again, the female jutted her face at me like she was sticking her tongue out at me. Wow.I called Walgreens customer service and told the story. I was transferred to an HR group that documented the complaint and escalated it. They looked up the cashier's name because it was on their copy of the receipt. This was harassment. It wasn't bad customer service. It was bullying. These two were obviously hateful and whatever bias they had against my age or race, they treated me with degrading behavior.I won't get over this for a long time. I'm not sure who hires nightmarish people like this who believe that the customers who fund their paychecks are open season for schoolyard fights. Walgreens has a problem.Don't go to this store. I've been a Walgreens customer since 1974 but that was the end. I'm pursuing this with corporate Walgreens in Deerfield, IL. Laugh at your customers all you want but it's your job that you will lose - not mine.

Have been a regular as this Walgreens is in my neighborhood. Yesterday I had to run in for a few items about 9:15pm. Once again the most unfriendly clerks, and a filthy store. As you walk in the store the entrance is always full of cigarette butts- and garbage. While checking out 2 clerks were having an argument in front of customers waiting to check out, about not putting things away-a bit embarrassing. Are these people here to work or to fill space.I 100% love the Pharmacy staff as they are kind, courteous and respectful. As for the store portion- I will travel to Brookfield-Its a shame that being close this will no longer be convenient to me-as I will be going to the Ruby Isle location- clean store and very professional friendly.. staff. Its a shame that being close will no longer be convenient to me- I will be going to the Ruby Isle location- clean store and very professional and friendly...AGAIN THE MANAGEMENT BETTER MAKE CHANGES..EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I needed some help using the Walgreens picture kiosk on North Avenue and Hwy 100 because I was using more than one device. Shannon and Liberty were extremely helpful. My friend who came with me needed help with her phone to get the pictures out of iCloud and back in her phone. Liberty, who’s a manager there, worked a long time to help her fix the problem. And when some of colors in the pictures looked wrong, Paul helped us with reprints to make the images look better. The employees at this Walgreens really went out of their way to help us. It was awesome customer service from all 3. Thank you again.
