This was all something new to me. But the one-on-one company rep, the pharmacy rep, and the driver were very friendly and helpful. They got me through the program painlessly, all 3 times!

I had a wonderful experience at this Option Care Health center! The ladies were all very nice, knowledgable, and welcoming. I came in from out of town and just needed a one-time infusion. The building is nice, and they have a fun list of snacks for you when you are getting your infusion.

I had a great experience with this company. They provided excellent service when my daughter needed. I never run out of supplies, Lisa always called, to check and make sure we have everything we needed. I will always be thankful for that.

There are so many bad reviews on this company.... I literally love them!!!! They are so nice every time I call. They usually call ME every month to set up re-orders for my daughters supplies but if they don’t and I notice they are getting low I give a ring and they send them out right away. I have never had a problem with this company. I went online to see what the reviews are for this company and was shocked so I knew I had to write this review to vouch for them.My daughter has had 4 formula changes over the past 3 months and they are always to on top of getting the orders processed so quickly too.If she has a problem with her feeding pump they send someone same day with a new pump to my door step.These are just a few of the amazing things they have accomplished for us!Dorothy is our normal rep and at this point I feel like we are family lol. I love this company and I am SHOCKED that there are so many bad reviewsI have had nothing but great experiences with them!!!

My mom was in the hospital due to hallucinations and being ill. Found out she had an infection even though we were giving her IV Antibiotics daily at the same time as prescribed. Earlier this year from January to about October we had to give her IV Antibiotics daily due to an Abscess which we were able to get rid of by PROPERLY giving her the antibiotics as prescribed. I talked to the hospital social worker today and Option Care DISCHARGED my mother from their care and refuse to allow us to do IV antibiotics at home through them because there were missed doses in the past. The ONLY MISSED DOSES were due to her PICC line not taking in the IVs. When this occurred we took her to the hospital to have a Cath Flow Done. Elisia or Alicia is a witch and is the one who said that we didn't do the IVs properly when she didn't know sh1t about what was going on in our home!! I tried filing a formal complaint and talked to the "Director of Operations" on the phone - she didn't even give me her name and I want her name first and last and the pharmacist Elisia or Alicia or however she spells her name so I can file formal complaints against them with the state Pharmacy Board for lying and not complying ... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER. THEY ARE B1TCHES AND IF YOU DON'T RETURN THEIR CALL BECAUSE THEY CALL BEFORE 9 AM THEN YOU ARE "NON COMPLIANT" AND THEY DISCHARGE YOUR PATIENT.

Unsatisfactory service to say the least. We tried to get ahold of someone from this company, calling every day for more than a week, leaving detailed messages and how urgent it was that we get the supplies that were already late. We ran out of feeding tubes and formula. When we did get our next shipment they gave us the wrong tubes for our pump. This place should be shut down, they really dont care about the patient. My 4 month old daughter needs these tubes to be able to eat and option care cant even answer the phone. Would put negative stars if i could

Looking to Dr.to get a reliable company that supplies are on time and I can get a hold of. 16 phone calls between Friday and today, over 90 minutes on hold, 2 supervisors called. Not the 1st time. Should be shut down. Our loved ones depend on a slip shot company. I am sick of it!

Horrible company. I will never go through this company again. Don't care about patients, not getting medical supplies to them. Said they were going to call by the end of the month to reorder and never did. I had enough supplies so I didn't order. But when I went to order they said they had no order. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!
