I visited the Verizon store at Mayfair Mall. Damien was so courteous, patient and professional. I told him I needed a new phone and didn’t need a lot of bells and whistles. He explained every available option. My 92 year old mom was waiting for me in a lounge area on a lower level and he kindly waited while I went to check in her. It took a minute to set everything up because I had an older phone. I left quite satisfied.

Rob helped me get a new phone that I have been needing for a while. He was able to review my account and see if any changes needed to be made. He made sure to explain every step to me as he was transferring my old phone to the new one. Thanks again Rob for making this process so easy!!
