Great place for a Passport Appointment! Staff is so professional and kind. After having my appointment rejected twice at Fred John USPS without any notice, I came for a walk-in appointment here and I was in n out in 15 minutes.

That lady with the braids that are in a bun needs to be re-trained or leave her job. Her customer service skills is garage and she is on her phone scrolling with a voice of boredom when giving "help". I guarantee she is one of those people who want a business but doesn't realize her business will struggle from her poor attitude. Miss mam with the braids at the front desk...... Get it together or go.

The little girl that worked at the counter with long braids is very rude. I'm not sure why. She had a very bad attitude. The other employees also seemed to be all under the age of 25. Maybe if there were some adults around this type of behavior would get corrected. No wonder the USPS is dying a slow death. Terrible

Its a post office. I can say its one of the best post offices I've ever been to, though. The workers there have an annoying job but they bring a lot of fun to it. I didn't mind waiting in line for as long as I had to because I could see the employees working hard to get the line moving as fast as possible while keeping it real with the customers they were helping.

The front-end staff are really unfriendly and demonstrate just how little they like their jobs or care about their clients. Today I witnessed how they made an African-American woman wait when all she had was a question about a passport renewal. On my end, the young woman that waited on me spoke in a totally disinterested voice with no eye contact. All I could think about was if she hated her job so much, why wasn’t she looking elsewhere.This is not the first time I have experienced really poor attitudes on the part of the workers at that facility.

I went to this post office three consecutive Saturdays to send packages priority mail. Erik was the front counter rep. His customer service is HORRIBLE. Each week was worse than the previous week. Erik and his horrible attitude needs to be reassigned to sorting mail in the basement far away from customers.

You've got to wonder how and why this post office is open. Terrible customer service, lost packages, lies, and stolen mail. The real USPS needs to take over and fire most of the morons that "work" here.

Terrible service, slow workers who felt it was more important to take care of work that could have been taken care of when customers weren't in line. Instead continued to slowly work on other stuff while 5 people were standing in line. I would not cry if they closed this post office. The employees don't care and neither do their supervisors. I sit here typing this I have been waiting for someone at this post office to answer the phone for over 15 minutes now. This post office is a joke!

Just an FYI. I believe it was this last weekend. This post office was broken into. I was told that Amazon deliveries were left in the back of the lobby and they were either opened or stolen.So if this your post office site or you have a PO Box here, double check if you were supposed to have any deliveries.I have a box here and there was nothing in the box about the break in nor did I see it on the news. Sad.

Staff is absolutely amazing never had a problem. Unfortunately almost every time i go into the post office a customer is complaining about something. It’s was a time the guy behind the counter told a customer that if they didn’t have any tape, they had some for sale. The customer went crazy and stormed out. I mean he was a little bit stern but he didn’t say it in like a rude way. Like last week I was being helped by a bigger black guy (super nice with a huge smile) but i couldn’t even focus on my transaction because i distracted by this guy being helped next to me. He was being extremely rude to the black woman behind the counter. Like to the point i had to tell him to like calm down and just leave. I came back yesterday to deliver some packages and the lady in front of me i guess was picking something up and the woman (the same black woman from like last week) at the counter asked her to fill something out that was on the blue counter and the woman in line went off on this poor girl. The woman was shoving her papers at her. All i remember her saying was i never had to do this before. The woman behind the counter was nice enough to take me even though the woman was still there filling out the little sheet of paper at the counter. She was really sweet, i know that the situation could have been less hostile without that woman being so upset about filling out that piece of paper. I wish I would’ve said something. I just hate seeing people treated the way she was being treated. And for this to be the 2nd time in front of me. It’s just upsetting.
