I had an issue with a replacement phone and Associates Luke and Blake and Asst Mgr Liz worked cooperatively toAssess and the issue and come to a resolution. They put in many hours and worked out a very acceptable solution for me. I couldn't have had a better team helping me Blake would not give up until he worked out a solution for me and used all his resources to give me a great deal! Thank you.

I worked with Armani and she was amazing and she also made sure I can bundle things and made sure I saved as much money as possible, also the environment was really calm and peaceful made my experience felt like a break, yayyy uscellular.

us cellular keeps sending their customers to us for sim card /networks issues and filing claims, we KEEPS TELLING THEM WE CAN NOT FIX THE CUSTOMERS SERVICES NOR FILE THEIR CLAIMS

Melissa was awesome and has great customer service skills! She took the time to ensure that everything was explained to me correctly so I could make a informed decision to meet all of my needs! I came in stressed out about all of the services I needed and she simplified it all. She even followed up with me after I left the store to ensure everything was working properly. If you are looking for cellular services, go there and ask for Melissa and you won’t be disappointed!

After having internet service for 3 weeks, I cancelled my service.. or so I thought. I was still being charged monthly and then the equipment I returned, I received an invoice for. I took my documents to this store to have this resolved. Michelle at the counter was super friendly and completed all tasks I had asked and she did it with a smile and ensured me she would do everything she can. Even though I showed up slightly frustrated, I was being as polite as I could given the invoice I received. Michelle resolved everything after a quick phone call to customer service. Michelle really went above and beyond. I overheard her talking about getting into Tele sales. I believe she deserves this promotion. Best contact I have had with U.S. Cellular. Thank you Michelle!

Such an absolutely terrible store. The customer service representatives rarely know the answer to your question and they end up getting a manager who misunderstands your question and you end up explaining your entire problem again. It’s like at every turn they’re trying to give you as little information as possible in order to screw you into giving them more money. Terrible customer experience every time I go in.

I came in extremely nervous. My old sister is the assistant here and she had a very hardworking rep here. Helped me out and everything. Honestly great choice if you’d like to come in and get switched over, I was using straight talk for the past 5 or so years. I believe the reps name was lizz

Brandon was absolutely amazing to work with. I came in to switch service from another carrier and he had me in and out within an hour all set up with a new phone. Due to a huge mistake on my part, I had to come back a couple hours later and was immediately greeted by name from Brandon and helped again. He showed no frustration with me in a situation that would be absolutely warrant being frustrated or upset. Incredibly nice staff and great service!
