I went here to replace a phone - they ended up talking me into a new plan that would "cost the same" as my current plan, but also include Netflix - long story short, I should have known better and kept my original plan... Now my bill is almost $80 more than it used to be and although I have talked to THREE different people at that store - including the store supervisor, Rich - NONE have called me back to fix myplan! How many times do I need to reach out to have a problem YOU created fixed?! I've had sprint since 2006 - now that tmobile owns them, THEY ARE TERRIBLE. This store has HORRIBLE customer service!!!

I was at this location on Monday 8-15-24 at 6:15 and the store is supposed to be open until 7:00 and was already closed I think they close whatever time they want going to switch carriers due to this situation

I didn't feel very well taken care of in this store, and honestly regret the amount of money that I spent here. I needed a phone case and screen protector, however, so I felt like I didn't have much of a choice. Still, sad to be largely ignored by staff and then when they were talking to me, felt like they were talking down to me like I'm stupid or something. I just got a new phone and am still learning about all the different models and accessories, and I've never bought a screen protector before so they made me feel weird for asking about all the details and differences between the different ones. I also felt like I was being judged for not buying my phone there. Shouldn't you be happy that I wanted to buy accessories there even when my phone came from somewhere else? Give me a break. It was a very bittersweet experience, because I got what I needed but the staff didn't make me feel welcome.

I worked with Nate today - he was incredible!!! I needed to upgrade my daughter phone who goes to school out of state. Nate walked me through all my options and explained everything throughly. He’s super knowledgeable, professional and kind, after spending all that time working with me, I ended up not having my card with me, Nate made sure everything was put on hold so I could pick it up in the morning - it was the end of the night and Nate was so patient and understanding. This was really stellar customer service, over and above what I would ever expect and it made a real difference in my day, Thank you Nate!

They don't open on time. Going to get my phone turned on and they were closed. Was going to add another line to my account guess it's off to Verizon.

Worked with Jarrat to upgrade my iPhone this past month & would highly recommend him to get you set up with your needs. I was in and out of there within an hour, had everything I needed and was in a better place leaving then when I arrived. Appreciate the friendliness Jarrat had & his willing to help!

I had an issue with a replacement phone and Associates Luke and Blake and Asst Mgr Liz worked cooperatively toAssess and the issue and come to a resolution. They put in many hours and worked out a very acceptable solution for me. I couldn't have had a better team helping me Blake would not give up until he worked out a solution for me and used all his resources to give me a great deal! Thank you.

I worked with Armani and she was amazing and she also made sure I can bundle things and made sure I saved as much money as possible, also the environment was really calm and peaceful made my experience felt like a break, yayyy uscellular.
