Dropped of my packages yesterday and woman was so rude and no empathy about her interactions with customers...she wore a necklace that said DANTE as I didn't get her name but just sub par attitude and unfriendly. I get that it's one thing to be short staffed and that's still not the customers problem...but you can relay that in a kind manner vs barking it out with sass and she saw me standing on line for over 20 mins waiting to be helped and was basic ignoring me with a line that was out the door. Had I not spoke up she would have continued to carry on her conversation with the UPS driver behind the counter...the customer comes first and your store needs to get your sht together!

Dishonest and liars. Dropped a next day air package at this store but package was not delivered the day after. Checked the tracking and package appeared to be still at the store as it was tracking doesnt show it was picked by UPS truck. I called the store and they insisted that it was picked up. Called ups customer service and they had no clue as they never received the package. The day after, the tracking showed that ups picked up the package from the store and its on its way. Why the dishonesty?? They could have said the package was not picked up and apologized. At least, i would have had to waste two hours with my bank cancelling the presumed lost check and get another one and ship it again. Very unprofessional service

I am so happy this store is in this location, it makes it so easy to get to. Also, the staff is super knowledgeable. I have gone in with some questions and made such silly shipping mistakes but they have answers my questions many times AND fixed my really really silly mistakes. They have been nothing but nice to me and very pleasant. Thank you staff!

The man who took my package didn't give me proof that I returned a package I don't have the tracking number on my receipt he wasn't rushing me like didn't won't to help me

Really disappointed with customer service. The employee managed to have a bad interaction with me and another customer simultaneously. I understand when services are unavailable but there was zero empathy and you had to ask for a solution instead of one being offered. Just kinda rude. Changing to one star because there wasn't an apology for my experience from the owner and the response they provided is not the scenario I was in. Simply needed to know where my package needed to be taken and had to ask and ask for answers.

The customer service is fine. Not overly friendly but fast. The last few months that I’ve been going there though there is an overwhelming smell of ashtray and weed. It smells so disgusting…I hate walking in there now.

I’ve been going to this UPS store since it opened years ago. Usually, it’s pretty fast in and out even during the holidays. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Sometimes you get a dud that is just not friendly and doesn’t really say much. Overall, they get my packages where they need to go.

I would not even give them 1 star. I have to to leave a comment. Went to notarized documents, spent $25 to have done. They conveniently did not stamp documents. Documents are now worthless. Now I have to have done again. Will not be using UPS for any of my needs NOT RELIABLE!!!!!
