The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have purchased watch straps and watches from them. They have answered all of my questions and have never been pushy about purchasing. And they offer discounts, e.g., 20% off for Fossil watches. Highly recommend!

Every time I need something they are helpful and very reasonably priced. I have been getting my watches repaired there for probably 20 years. Most recently a clasp on a band that I bought came off. I hadn't kept the receipt but they fixed it without charge with no question . I really appreciate how they stand behind their products and work.

Lynn is a consumate professional. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I took my new Invicta to be adjusted to my wrist and it took him less than 60 seconds to get it just right.

This is not a real watch shop it is just a stand in the middle of the mall. I would not recommend going here for watch repairs other than the most basic repairs. I went and got a pin replaced and they still messed up the sizing. The staff is also kind of rude and seemed pissed off that you are there. It is very affordable though.
