I absolutely loved this place! I never would have thought I'd write a review for a pharmacy, but the whole staff was so wonderful and helpful. They had some great local products featured in the store as well. It really feels like it's part of the community. Obviously, they had all of the pharmacy features that you might need! Big fan. This is my new pharmacy, for sure.

Our family is extremely happy with the prescription drug services Swan provides. After having had issues with a local Walgreens for several years, Swan is a breath of fresh air. Thank you Swan for your expertise, professionalism and wonderful customer service.

We just switched to Swan after years of experiencing the hellfire of W#Algren’s on State st. No more judgement. No more weird excuses to not find or fill regular prescriptions. Polite, swift service at Swan and all the good things like flu shots, delivery, auto refill.You should switch to a local pharmacy too.

Lived out of town and needed my medications filled. Pharmacist went over and beyond to get it taken care of. Tried CVS and Walgreens but would probably still be on hold 4weeks later.

Date of visit: June 30, 2023 I stopped here as I had a large number of diabetic supplies from my late brother-in-law that I needed to dispose of and this came up as a potential option to do so from a government website. Staff was friendly and helped me find a bottle that was big enough to hold all of the items I needed to dispose of and I used their waiting room area to transfer the sharps from the containers he was storing them in to the new sharps container. They even gave me some scissors to cut open the bottle and get them out a bit faster and didn't flinch when I dropped them all over the floor in my haste! Only negative here was the fee for the disposal, which wasn't disclosed up until the end and was significantly higher than what it listed online. The cashier indicated that they don't have anything to do with the other websites--which is fair, but they also don't provide the price anywhere either, so I had no way to know until it was essentially too late.

Support local business! Swan has been a Wauwatosa community fixture for countless years. They are kind, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to help. They are great for last minute gifts and cards, and their OTC prices tend to be pretty good too. Highly recommend.

EVERYTIME I pick up my prescriptions I’m greeted by name! Customer service is amazing!! THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP!!! I absolutely love this place!! Walgreens needs to take notes from this pharmacy as to how to treat customers!!

They are similar to walgreens, but at least Walgreens notifies you when your prescription are ready for pick up. They don't have auto refill, and they way until you call them to notify your doctor that you need a refill on a script that you for life. I'm sick of these old hags.

I been going there for years but wasn’t particularly satisfied last time I was there. I picked up medication for my dad and notice it was noticeable higher price then last month, I asked the pharmacist why is it more then last time and he told me it was insurance and when I checked my claims list online they overcharge you. I asked the pharmacist why the price increase and he told me it because of insurance and I told him I might I have to cvs and he told me “you should go there”. I’ve been doing business with them for years and my last experience I had with them is making me support corporate business instead of small business like swan serve u. The old lady with glasses there is rude too, never meet someone that rude in my life.
