BUYER BEWARE!
Up north on vacation, saw 2010 Jeep, 52,000 miles great price on site. Several newer with higher mile & price. Emailing back and forth. They sent me video and I arranged to come back a day early from Door County, to test drive & buy. Got confirmation for 12pm appt and then another video at 11:01 am that same day.& note saying look forward to seeing you. Arrive on time and told salesman will be right up. LJ appears and says we have to get you registered for test drive, need your lic. Goes away, come back and tells me he has to get the keys......... Comes back and says, Oh sorry it was sold at 11:00 today. I angrily swore obscenities, and before he could " bait & switch Me", I asked for a manager who of course was not available.

I would love to save someone else the disappointment and time this company will cause. We called about a vehicle and we were told it was available around 8pm. Next morning called shortly before they opened and was told available to come on in at 9:30. Got a text confirmation of appointment time. Within 2 minutes got a call back stating the vehicle was sold. I said are you sure well let me check! Waited on hold for approximately 5 minutes, I am so sorry I was wrong it is still available. Went in test drove and wanted it! Asked if we could put a deposit down because working with a credit union. We were told no but if you wanted to apply through our finance department we could hold for you. Which obviously I stated that is only because you get a kick back from them. Thought about it and decided we really wanted the vehicle. So applied and was approved. We were supposed to pickup and finalize paperwork on Monday! I get a call within minutes and was told vehicle was just sold. But don’t worry I have good news we were able to get you approved for a higher amount. We have another vehicle here for 9.000 more. Terrible, I am shocked that this is even legal! I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission!

We recently were victims of a vehicle theft.
Our vehicle was recovered, and we had it towed to this dealership to have repairs done.
They did do a nice job on the repairs.
However, the check for reimbursement from the insurance company had not hit our Account before Our vehicle was ready to be picked up. Therefore, we had to put the repairs on our Charge card until the reimbursement check hit our account.
Without any explanation from the service department, we were given an $80 charge for not paying cash. When I question this charge I was told that they do have it posted by the cash register. Our family has been a loyal customer of Rust Darrow since 2005. I was extremely disappointed in this policy, and the fact that it is not verbally explained when you are picking up a vehicle after repairs. I am very sorry to say our family will no longer be Purchasing our vehicles through Russ Darrow. I believe this is very poor customer service. The merchant fee to use the charge card is 1% of the purchase . Russ Darrow charges you 3% and justifies it by saying they have it posted by the cash register. Had I known there was going to be such a large fee for a Repair that was less than $3000 I would have waited Until the check cleared and paid cash.
Regarding the reply Russ Darrow has added to this review . They have my name and my information if they truly were concerned about contacting me, it would be very easy to find me in their system.

Drove out of my way to visit the dealership for an appointment to look at a car. Staff did not communicate with each other before setting up an appointment with me to look at it. So when I showed up, it wasn’t even there. I waited patiently to come back again once it returned from a repair at another dealership. When I received word it was back, I made a same day appointment - but they sold it to someone else an hour before it. Dirty

Valencia was high on knowledge and helpful information and suggestions. It was a sharp contrast from the rep we had just been talking with at a competing dealership and brand. Kia and Darrow were aggressive with the deal packaging. When we came back to do the paperwork, Valencia was out on vacation and the guy who covered for her was equally great to work with (Michael D); very knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

Got an emissions test done here, they have a designated lane you can drive up to. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Quick and efficient.

I honestly cannot say enough about how thankful I am to LJ, Valerio, and Mike at Russ Darrow Kia. After being separated from my husband after almost 30 years of marriage, the thought of buying or leasing a car on my own was extremely scary! But they made it so easy and I felt so comfortable talking to them and asking any questions that I had. They absolutely went over and above with the time they spent with me and were able to get me a fantastic deal on my new Telluride.

Waste of time. Went to get servicing. After waiting 2 hours, I was told everything was done. But service light is still on, car says I still need servicing, and sticker was not changed showing when to come back for next servicing. I’m not sure if anything was actually done.

I had a very good experience with Russ Darrow KIA Wauwatosa Service department recently! I dropped my truck off for a brake service and Master Tech Derrick, sent me a really nice detailed video of the job to be done to make sure I was ready to get the work completed. They gave good feedback on the job and recommended the work needed at that time. I agreed to do the work and in no time it was all completed. I would recommend them definitely. Things have obviously changed here for the better.
