“I couldn't believe it. After four failed destinations. Upon arriving, just as it says in the description, there is a physical blue Mailbox located OUTSIDE the building. So, no matter if it's during closed business hour's your able to drop off an envelope.Makes absolutely No sense to put a blue Mailbox Inside a business if your not open 24hrs.”

“My husband and I just had to mail out a phone that we were trading in. There were a lot of workers this Saturday morning and the three staff that we worked with were very fast, efficient, and most importantly respectful. The first staff, we paid for bubble wrap and asked to borrow a scissor. She gave us one to use without making us feel bad for asking. The second staff helped us because she saw that we were going to use a box that did not allow shipping phones in. She grabbed the correct package for us and helped us pack up our phone. The third staff was the cashier for when we had to pay for the package and drop off the mail. She was also fast in helping us check out. All ladies were very respectful and respect and kindness goes a long way. We really appreciate it.”

“By far the BEST and FRIENDLIEST post office I've ever encountered! LOVE coming here and am always humbled by the reminder of how genuinely nice everyone is at MF anytime I have to stop at another location. All postal workers put in EXHAUSTING and long days for us all, so I get why they might be burned out by the time the rest of us are starting our days... but everyone at the Menomonee Falls branch is amazing at greeting you with a smile and cheerily assisting you. So nice to see others so consistently choose joy and be the good. THANK YOU!”

“I stopped in this past weekend to mail a package to some family abroad. It had been a while since I had sent a package out of the country, I forgot which paperwork needed to be filled out. The girls at the counter were friendly and helpful, and even had me get a different box that saved me about $20! They went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their assistance. Thank you!”

“Yesterday a young man delivered a package from Temu to my neighbor that I thought belonged to me because he looked directly at my house before he walked across the street with the orange bag. To my surprise there where two young ladies passing by and they burst out laughing, they could see my silhouette in the front door. My package was already on my porch in the corner. He was pausing to see if they would try and take it. He is an amazing person. Thank you so much Sir.”

I'm a small business who ships a lot and I ship only from this PO after I learned that the PO on HWY 100, Wauwatosa, seemed to drop kick my packages, breaking them on a regular basis. “I've utilized this location a few times. It is a smaller post office. Sometimes the workers are in the back. They do make their way up front. Everytime the clerks were very helpful.The location is easy to get to from the highway and typically not as busy. When ever I am in the area I plan on utilizing this location.Thank you to this location and workers for their prompt customer service it is very much appreciated.Please give this review a thumbs up.”
