This location is horrible. I tried it one last time, I ordered the food online go to pick it up the lights are off. The door is locked and the sign says open.

Was going downhill for a while but the new owners really turned the place around as of 2024. Glad to have my local Tosa Hut back to being reliable!

Dude went outside to VAPE then came back and took someone order out the oven and proceeded to cook.ugh wish I had seen that before I placed my order online ? The pizza had no flavor, no seasoning.

I feel lied to, played, and taken advantage of. I ordered pizza for carry-out since other pizza locations weren't delivering and this was only a block away. I ordered online and was informed the pizza (1 singular pizza) would be done in 15 minutes (about 7:45pm). I arrived there to pick it up at 7:43pm. Although I realize this was a couple minutes prior to the given time, I thought I would wait inside until it was done- WRONG. The doors were locked, and there was not a person in sight. I stood outside and chatted with the other 5 people waiting for their pizza until we decided it was a lost cause. Lights were on, computer system showing the orders was on, and the phone was ringing off the hook. I walked back home, now raining, and got a notification that my pizza was done. Upon calling to figure out what on Earth happened, the voicemail I reaches informed me that the store was now closed. Thankfully I chose the "pay in store" option so I'm only out time and not money, but I feel bad for those other people banking on pizza for dinner. Tonight, LITERALLY any other pizza place would have out pizza'd the Hut.

Unable to eat for 24 hours due to surgery and recovery, I ordered delivery to my hotel. The pizza and breadstix were delivered, but like many places the ranch condiment was forgotten, which is a paid for add-on. I called the store and explained the condiment was missed, and that I had surgery, so can't drive to pickup. He asked if I want a store credit, I said no, since I'm from out of town, and so I asked for an adjustment to be made to my credit card and he stated, he's a shift manager and can't do that. He then asked if I can pick it up because they use door dash for delivery and they must've forgot it. I again said no. I had surgery and can't drive, he just kept saying ummmmmmm. With no solution offered, I finally stated, I guess I'm just out that amount, huh? I'm disappointed, and ultimately doesn't the store put together all the items from the orders? Who is accountable(?), and this isn't the first time this has happened to me, so I assume others as well.

Super bummed… order Pizza Hut because I had a craving. After waiting an hour, got a notification that Door Dash would be delivering in another 20 minutes. When pizza got here, the pan pizza looked weird and flat and the hand tossed was raw… called restaurant three times for a refund and no one answered. Back to Toppers for us…

1.9.24 at 7:12pm I ordered $100.00Worth of trash from pizza hut on Glenview Ave. Wauwatosa wisconsin.The general manager is THE WORST PERSON. THE WORST WORKER.HE HUNG UP ME WHILE TRYING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MY FOOD.I DROVE THERE TO GET A REFUND OR SOME KIND OF RESOLUTION.HE CALLED THE COPS AS SOON AS I SAID WHY DID YOU HANG UP ON ME(?) I ASKED PROFESSIONALLY (WHATS YOUR NAME) SO I CAN REPORT HIM TO OWNERS .HE WOULDN'T TELL ME OR ACT PROFESSIONAL.SINCE I DONT KNOW HIS NAME YET.HE IS A BLACK MAN TALL SKINNY & HE SAYS HE IS THE MANAGER.HE DOESN'T TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS LIKE A MANAGER.HE IS PISS POOR AT RESOLVING AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.SO NOW ITS ON YOU TUBE *X*& FACEBOOK. UNTIL I GET THIS SOLVED. I WANT IT SOLVED 1.11.24Parking: Don't care about theparking lot. Duh

Took forever for pizza, didn't end up showing up called and asked how long it would take, "all the pizza is out call back in 10 minutes" even though the pizza was already 20 minutes late at the time. Estimated times need to be adjusted if they are not going to be accurate. On the plus side they were quick with a refund.

Absolute nightmare!!! Ordered a pizza for delivery after 2 hours of it not coming we tried to call the restaurant numerous times just to be hung up on or no one would answer! Finally someone answered and lied to us that the pizza was on the way but it never showed up and the store closed for the night…a day later my card was charged…I called the store and experienced the rudest kid I have ever dealt with before! He claims he is the manager name was Curtis!! He was so rude and said the reason he was being so unprofessional was because they were busy and people like me kept calling the phone and he was annoyed!! He wouldn’t help me with my refund after I told him my pizza didn’t show up, he said it’s not his fault he wasn’t working that night. He wouldn’t even help me with the number to corporate. People need to know about this place!! We used to go here all the time and it was great the guy who used to run it must of sold it or something!! Now I have to wait 1-3 business days for someone to call me back from corporate to get a $50 refund!! NEVER AGAIN!! You have been warned!! The way he was acting on the phone I would never want to eat the pizza he made!! I feel sorry for when Curtis talks that way to the wrong person!!!

Pizza was burnt then he had the audacity to say it was a place full of people. Why would you give someone burnt pizza ?? this location needs new staff. Sometimes it’s only one person working

Service has been very poor. Over rhe last 6 months twice I've ordered for delivery and after over 90 minutes both times I called them only to be told it "was just coming out of the oven". Ultimately both times the pizza was finally delivered over 2 hours after ordering it, and both times were not during peak dinner hours or on a weekend.The last time I ordered cheese covered breadsticks with it, and they arrived with almost no cheese on them, and the bacon ones had almost no bacon either. The way they were cooked they were basically flavorless bread. Really disappointing showing for a "new" item. $7 each.Prior to arrival when I called to see when the food would be on the way, they said it would be faster if I came and just picked it up. This is after I paid over 15 dollars for the delivery and tip. There was no offer for any type of reimbursement for this even if picked it up.I do not normally review anything but this restaurant has consistently provided extremely poor experiences along with poorly cooked food. Being as this is the closest Pizza Hut to me, it has now caused me to look elsewhere in the future.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Literally walked in to what I thought my pizza was ready to come find out I had to wait for them to start my order when I came in for it. Some ridiculous ish happening. Never again. Not only this Pizza Hut but any other. Been a while since I been to pizza because of this reason.

My experience here was so sad. There was a 17 year old boy who was working BY HIMSELF he had tons of orders coming through and no one to help him. I asked him where his manager was because there were many people who had been waiting a long time for their food. He said that he wasn’t even supposed to be there still and that his manager was supposed to have been there a long time ago. I’m a college student and I understand how stressed the kid must’ve been and I feel awful because I took my anger out on him. I can guarantee that the kid working does not get paid enough to get yelled at by customers because their orders aren’t getting done fast enough. I could see that he felt awful even though none of it was his fault. Seeing the kid running around back and fourth trying to get the dozens of orders done was unbelievable. He ended up realizing that my order was done the whole time I was waiting and he apologized. He also forgot my breadsticks that came with my order but I don’t blame him, I blame the impotence of the manager. The manager should’ve found someone to come in for him during the time he wouldn’t be there especially since it was rush hour.
