We’ve been going to this groomer for about a year or so now and we’ve had a great experience. We have a Portuguese water dog and he always looks great. Staff are always friendly and accommodating to our schedules. Highly recommend!

Saying my dog does not like to be groomed is an understatement. She hates it. The groomers at Pampered Paws are awesome!! They somehow manage to make her beautiful.
They always call the day before, to remind me of her appointment. It's a wonderful place.

They do a 5-star excellent job with haircuts for our dog. Just don’t be late for your appointment because they charge a late fee of $25 if you are 15 or more minutes late if you want to get your dog’s hair cut that same day. Funny, they can fit the dog into their schedule but you have to pay extra for that. Ok, i get they are a business. They need to make money. But to charge that fee when they can fit the dog in anyway seems heavy handed when the haircut is $62 for a small dog and they ask for tips on top of it. Yes this is a rant … they do great haircuts but they certainly don’t do any favors.

This was our second time here to get our senior cat’s nails trimmed as it’s hard for us to do it at home. Recently our cat has been dealing with some matting on her belly and neck and we struggle with getting them out. The woman working with us was wonderful. She was very gentle and careful with our kitty, who is very fragile. Highly recommend!

Always a good cut. Responsive to any issues or concerns. They are busy. 1-2 week lead-time for appointments.

Pampered Paws always kept my corgi looking nice. I took him there for two years and he always came back looking handsome and happy. My dog started out not liking his nails trimmed but the lovely staff worked well with him. Great place!

They cut my cat last time a little bit below the ear, I was understanding, since people make mistakes and was thinking it was a one time thing since everything else looked fine. I just went back and let the lady know she accidentally snipped her on accident last time and to please be careful this time and the lady who cuts all the cats was very dismissive and non-apologetic about it. I got her back and when we got home I realized she cut her in the same place as last time even deeper and worse and much more blood. I just decided to not go back, until today I saw she had nipped one of her nipples and there was dry blood around it and it was visibly different then the other ones. They are not careful or even considerate with the animals especially the cats, don't recommend.
