Had very good experience. West Milwaukee installer Bill Knueppel was very professional, responsive, punctual and really listened to my concerns and suggested a solution that no one else did (we did shop around). I am happy with the results. the product functions as expected so far.

Darrell had delivered my sister's Tilt and Space Wheelchair, and he did a great job. He had spent a good portion of his time fitting her to it, making sure that she was comfortable and making the necessary changes that had to be done so she was happy. I would highly recommend them.

It took a little longer that I had hoped but well worth the wait. All the people at the Milw. office are doing their best to satisfy you but some things are out of their control. ( delivery times, back orders) Also a big shout out to their serviceman Ken, what an asset to them!

Received a new chair from national seating and it is just wonderful. Darryl the one who delivered it spent over an hr adjusting it so I was comfortable. I highly recommend this company.

Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars. These people misled me a year or more. Had me thinking they were working towards getting my chair when they were doing nothing. I would call. They wouldn't return my calls. Debbie was assigned to me. She did nothing for me. I called until finally someone told me Debbie canceled my order. She didn't inform me of this. I called to see why. Never return my calls. I had to have my insurance call to find out why. Reason was time expired before getting what was needed. Debbie let time expire on me. Not doing her part on purpose. This is why I was misled holding me at bay until time expire. Really dirty action from her. All the time wasted. I could have gotten someone else who would do chair for me. I hope for your sake Debbie that you never need a wheelchair. I will not stop here. I will be going to media. To further tell my experience. Hopefully this gets their head office attention. How can they allow someone like this to work there and deal with special needs people.

The wheelchair built for me by Daryl fits my body perfectly and has made life so much easier for me. He was certain I knew how everything worked before he left.

UPDATE: OVER 1 WEEK now and NO CALL BACK!!!! After leaving 3 messages, you're not ever able to speak to anyone.
They don't ever call back, even if calling from a doctor's office, for needed equipment. Don't use them if you have the choice!!! They don't EVER call back! Very disorganized.

My sister has been working with NSM for almost a decade, but this past year has been a nightmare for her. I called to see if someone could come out to her house to fix her powerchair, a lady named Debbie or Debra picked up and transferred me to another persons voicemail. When I called back, she hung up on me.

I cannot say enough about the service Bill Knueppel provided for my mother. She was very hesitant to get a stair lift but now she couldn’t be happier. The stair lift has been life changing for not only her, but for me as well. Now I don’t need to worry about her falling down the stairs. Bill was very kind and patient. He answered all of our questions and more and made me feel very at ease. I would highly recommend Bill and National Seating.

Very very very I can't stress this enough VERY hard to get in contact with so unprofessional everytime you call them it goes straight to voice mail and you won't get a reply for atleast 4 days just bad Business.

DARRYL H is so amazing he came out to for a scheduled visit with one of our residents while he was here he helped one of our other client’s who happen to be an old client of his from years ago. She was suffering from pain due to her wheelchair not performing correctly. DH went out of his way and over his time to help get her chair working correctly.. Thanks to him both clients are happy and wheel chairs are functioning correctly. I highly recommend NSM.

Don't buy a wheelchair from this place if possible, you can never get it fixed. And if you can, it'll be a month or two.
