This pharmacy has been great for me. I moved my prescriptions here and have not had any major issues. Of course there are tons of problems with our healthcare and the costs of medicines, so I never expect too easy of an experience.
This location has worked with me when I have had insurance issues. I never have to wait very long, They refill my scripts quickly. They always answer my questions and are friendly. The pharmacist with the cowboy boots (Cameron?) has been super knowledgable, friendly, and helpful.
I really think they are a good balance between the hyper local pharmacy and the national pharamcy.

We have never had a negative experience getting our prescriptions filled here. Friendly staff, excellent customer service, and very prompt.

Great pharmacy works well with both of my insurances; I wish they would do same day deliveries for scripts however the fact that they will mail them is great!

This pharmacy is incompetent, and unorganized, they need to fire everyone and start with a new staff. Long wait times, and bad attitudes. Placed me on hold for 15 unnecessary minutes. Only placed the pick up here so I could pick it up on my way to work. NEVER AGAIN. Choose a different pharmacy that actually knows the value of customer service.

First time I went there since it's a preferred pharmacy on my prescription plan. Obviously they have all of my information in their computer so they can see everything from past and present the pharmacist wanted to call every single doctor on my profile on a Saturday and could obviously see I have been getting the same medication for 8 years... Horrible way to do business horrible customer service but the young gentleman at the counter of the pharmacy was extremely nice! Will never ever go there ever again!

My husband picked up an extremely expensive med for surgery and did not check Good Rx pricing which was 140.00 less. I called immediately and was told “it should be ok” to come back there and apply the coupon to save that money. We raced back there and were told Meijer pharmacy doesn’t allow applying the coupon after purchasing. This was within one hour of purchase that we went back. The pharmacist was not at all customer service friendly and the tech I had talked to on the phone drifted off rather quickly. Even if that’s Meijer policy it was not a good experience and we’re pretty sure we’re changing pharmacies.

Drive though 5 stars. Customer service 3 stars, I have had a few issues with meds not being ready and they claim they called when in fact they did not but overall they are friendly and helpful . Availability of meds 0 stars. So tired of waiting days for pain meds, antibiotics, etc. They don't stock any meds, They mail order it, which comes in ridiculous amounts of plastic packaging. I canunderstand a mail order for a refill but when you need pain meds or antibiotics that is horrible to wait and in some cases can lead to further health issues. No thanks!

Hours say they close at 6 on Saturdays, showed up at 5:55 and all the lights were off and the barrier was down. So much for getting my prescription today.

Great pharmacy and staff. Some kids antibiotics are free. Other prices are very fair. Very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Some pharmacist are rude and have a tendency to talk down to others. They honestly make me really uncomfortable. The only reason why am giving 2 stars is because the techs are really nice. With that being said there was onenlady who blatantly lied about a medication and after i repeated what HER PHARMACIST said, she doubled down on the lie. I was floored.

I was out of town on vacation and my son developed a rash. After a quick Dr on Demand visit, a prescription was called into a local Milwaukee pharmacy.Unfortunately, that pharmacy was out of the certain product so I needed to transfer the prescription to Mejer. I called Mejer and explained the situation and the pharmacist was fantastic! He took all my information and took care of the transfer quickly so I could pick it up the same day!Excellent customer service! Thanks you!

Was looking to by a shave kit and scanned it but did not come up with price. Lady said oh we don't have anyone to do a price check. Call your manager. They are on break. Not going back
