The emissions testing took almost an hour. They cut the testing down to 2 days per week and the line is now ridiculous. They said every day has the same crazy line of cars.

I recently started taking my car here and they are great! They tell me what I need or don’t need and definitely don’t try to get you to pay unnecessary money like the dealerships and some other places. Very friendly staff and owners. I also love that they offer loner cars so you aren’t stranded while your cars getting fixed. Definitely recommend this place!

Line was long, took close to an hour to get in but, I did wait until end of the month. Man who took my car in was super nice and friendly. Once in took maybe 5 minutes. Would recommend but, next time will go in the middle of the month to see if it cuts down time in the line waiting.

My daughter is in school in the Milwaukee area. She was having issues with her car. Not knowing anyone in the area I checked google for reputable mechanics in the area. I came upon Kusch's. I called and made an appointment. They were very helpful when I explained the situation. On the day of the appointment I was called several times with updates. One of the issues was the rear brakes. I was told that we could hold of for 3-6 months before they should absolutely be replaced. It was my choice. Most shops would just replace them and not ask. They gained my trust and I went ahead and got the taken care of. They took care of the problem and were very upfront on cost. I would not hesitate to have her car taken there again. Great job guys!!

Kusch’s Automotive has earned my business to be my mechanic for a lifetime. They have gone out of their way several times to find ways to save me money even if it means loss of a sale for them. Went here today 7/5, got here at 1:40 only for the man working in the garage (says his name is Jay) to close the doors right after I pulled in. I proceeded to knock on the door and he wouldn’t answer. Finally I knocked on the garage door and he rudely told me they’re closed. Yet the signs say they don’t close until 2pm. Just ridiculous!!!!
