Bought 2 vanitys. No help loading them. Not even a doorstop for the door to be held open. Great customer service... Must not have spent enough for them to care.

Walked around the store for about 5 minutes (that’s longer than it sounds.) Three people on their computers. No one even said hi. I’ll go buy both our toilets and sinks from Home Depot, thank you. Thought I’d give you a chance. Nope!

I went in to this store in the midst of a bathroom remodel needing a new shower kit/system due to a delay in a previous one I had ordered from a different company. I had a challenging request but my sales consultant Dianne went above and beyond helping me! She was so personable, knowledgeable, and was determined to find something that would work for me. She was able to perform a few miracles and got me what I needed so I was able to take it home THAT day! The shower system is beautiful and high quality and I cannot wait to put it in my shower. Simply amazing! Highly recommended this beautiful show room and Dianne! I will definitely be back.

I am the primary purchaser for a local design-build firm, and Ryan and the Tosa Kohler Store team are my go-to vendor! They are responsive and dedicated. We send most of our clients to Kohler Store to select all of their plumbing products, and Ryan, Drew, and all of the sales team treat our clients as their own. They do an awesome job of working with our designs and budgets. We are so grateful to have such an awesome partner in the industry!

We started with them (Kohler Signature Store Wauwatosa); I think it was last October. We walked in with no appointment and were greeted by Dianne, and we felt comfortable immediately. The project was planned for January 15 to March 15, 2023, while we were in Florida.We had a rough plan, but we needed ideas and options to finalize for our contractor. Well, this is the place. With Dianne's lead the project was very well planned and went without a hitch. She and the Kohler team were able to provide answers and ideas beyond our expectations. Their discounting put the pricing in a competitive position while providing the highest of quality in their selection. Laurel coordinated the product staging and delivery with excellent communication and follow up. Nothing less than professional. My compliments to Ryan (Manager) for his background support and selecting this great team.As you can see it is beautiful. The 5' x 5' shower including sliding doors, and the Anthem 3 outlet control panel is amazing. Also, the San Sauci toilet and bidet seat per her recommendation are fantastic. Everything down to the sinks, faucets, mirrors and accessories were all Kohler by our choice with absolutely no regrets.Thanks again to Dianne, Laurel and Ryan with Kohler Wauwatosa,Jeff and Laura

Recently we did a full house remodel. We worked with Ryan at the Kohler Signature Store. Ryan's product knowledge and positive energy made our experience very pleasant. The store's show room is amazing and is loaded with Kohler products to make the selection process easy. We ended up using Kohler plumbing fixtures exclusively in our remodel. After sale service is superb.

A big shout out to Drew at this Kohler Signature Store for resolving a major issue I was having receiving the correct Kohler toilet model that not even the main Kohler website reps or my plumber could resolve. Drew arranged to send the right model to Madison for local pick up. I was extremely happy that he got it right. He really listened to my concern and followed through. Not to mention, Drew has been just really nice to work with. I highly recommend this store location.

My experience with this showroom was exceptional. I have been to others, and there is no comparison.I met with Ryan and he really knows his stuff. He is very detail oriented, and puts in the extra effort to make sure everything is correct on the order, and follows up on availability and order details.

All I have to say is perfect timing. I saw the new TonePull-down single-handle kitchen sink faucet in the beautiful color matte black with moderne brass ? I am in the middle of remodeling my kitchen and I was like I must have this faucet it’s beautiful. I made a comment on Kohler IG that I needed this faucet! Ryan replied and said he could get for me even though it hasn’t hit his store shelves yet. After a quick exchange over email and a call to seal the deal, a week later this beautiful faucet arrived ?. Ryan was super helpful and friendly. I will definitely reach out to him again even though I live in Califorina. Thank you Ryan for this great experience!

Very poor customer service. I own a Robern's cabinet that I purchased a while back at a location that is no longer in business and one of the hinges in the cabinet broke. I emailed the company but have not heard back so I thought maybe a rep/distributor would be able to help, after all it is just a replacement part. Went to this location was greeted by a young sales person I explained the situation and she said let me check with the manager. She returned and said that because we did not buy it there they could not help. Really?!! A rep/distributor of the product?!! The fact that the manager didn't even had the courtesy to come and say it himself, or even offer a let me see what I can do, is a sign they do not care to foster a relationship with a possible future customer.I guess when we redo our bathroom in the near future that is one store we won't be visiting.
