I was working with my realtor and I needed a lender and he told me to reach out to Joe because he gets things done quick. I sent him a text explaining where I was at in the process and he responded within 2 minutes scheduling a call for the next day during business hours.
This was the theme throughout escrow. Joe was very responsive and called me if I needed to do anything and was very communicative. He sent me all the docs as I needed them and would let me know what to expect every step of the way. Working with him was very easy and smooth.
I plan on doing this again and I would choose Joe every time.

After some research we came across Joe and Joonago Mortgage Services. I called Joe requesting information about a pre-approval letter and the overall process, and he was very professional and prompt in answering our questions and providing the next steps. Our letter was ready the same day after that call and he even gave us a recommendation for a realtor, which we ended up using and had a great experience buying our first home with.
Joe was very informative and educational through the whole process on what to expect and when, and what he needed from us to make the process as smooth as possible. From our pre-approval letter to closing we were in and out of the market in exactly 1 month. He aslo consulted us on our mortgage looking to the future and what to expect as rates change and how he can continue to support us through our ownership.
We will be coming back to Joe for the next mortgage and appreciate everything Joonago offered us!

I highly recommend Joe for mortgage services!
