Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. They know the products and will give honest opinions when trying things on. Were able to pull items I hadn't considered which worked well. This store is somewhat pricey, but they provide quality fit, quality fabrics (silk, cotton, cashmere, linen) and a classy, tailored look - something we need more of. Doesn't feel as fast fashion as other stores - they tend to bring back quality pieces every year.

Went in today for a new blazer and took my two young sons with me. The staff was incredible — helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. This store is proof that customer service is not dead.

I have been a J Crew customer for decades. I used to shop at the Mayfair store all the time. I recently had a horrible experience at this store. The employees were beyond rude. I won't be back to this location. Considering Mayfair is their only store left in Wisconsin you would think customer service and common decency would be a requirement for employment there.

This is one of the few stores that still carry stylish, quality clothing. They have good sales and great service. I love almost everything that they make.They have a variety of items to choose from. I buy their hats a jewelry and get so many compliments on everything that I buy. It's like they have done for everyone ( hair accessories, hats, coats, jewelry, dresses, tops etc).

Came here for jeans and I wasn't sure what would suit me best. The person who helped me was friendly, professional, and helpful. I walked out with the most expensive pair of jeans I've ever owned and have no regrets.

Vaccinated people don’t have to wear masks anymore, but this place still makes you. I’ve also got a heart condition and improper oxygen levels to my brain, but we don’t value chronic illness and the affects of wearing a mask at all yet. Won’t be shopping here until they can accommodate the medically disabled and be respectful. And then some because you didn’t think of more than one angle so you can look like good people rather than be inclusive and think of everybody. I’ve had to avoid shopping for months and am so anxious because I can’t wear a mask without fainting. The dreaded approach with “DO YOU NEED A MASK?” You need to develop a broader respect and prioritize actual health rather than just how your response makes you look. Thanks, J. Crew!

The employees are so uppity that’s it’s rediculous! They walk around in their J. Crew clothing and forget that they’re working a basic a** job for basic pay. Also, they have the nerve to watch people of color like hawks. This older guy that works there (wears glasses and bald) was literally so rude that I’m 100% sure it was his time of the month. Cute clothes though! I love my Chateau Parka that I paid $365 plus tax for.
