Started doing business with this group of guys @ IPW starting with Micky who is a caring customer service rep for them. Purchased in a normal manner through Mark and Sean as phone reps. Up until we needed warranty with some of their in-house batteries we are fine and after that the bad vibes from Sean began & persisted.
