As a new business owner I was looking for in-person help navigating the waters of a first time business filing. Al, the tax representative I was assigned to seemed just as or more confused than I was throughout our initial consultation. After which he proceeded to ghost me for three full weeks including a failed attempt to schedule a phone call appointment with him at a time of his own choosing.
When I finally ran out of time to work with and confronted him with an ultimatum of whether or not he could actually complete the filing or if I needed to go elsewhere, the response I was given was "I can TRY to look at it in two days time, if you still want me to."
I don't feel like I ask for a lot from most businesses, but I DO need better than a 'maybe' on my tax filing status after 25 days of losing sleep over it the week before the filing is due. Go elsewhere if you can, but if you value your time and peace of mind especially do not agree to work with Al.

The person that prepared my taxes was not friendly at all. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him. He spoke to me in such a loud voice that all of my information could be heard all over the office.

Poor service. Would recommend to find some one professional to take care of your needs.They didn't guide us with state's Estimated Taxes, and we now we have a fine of $800 for a small business. When asked about it, they said you have to read the papers - Well then why did you charge us $829 to file our taxes IF we have to read all the papers, Why are we going to a tax "Professional"?Yes. They charged us $829 for tax filing. You read that right.We asked for the itemized receipt after the whole process (as they didn't give us the amount in the beginning)- they said due to the competition, they don't give the receipts that provide information on the services they charged us for.
