Cindy is always such a delight and Heinsight is a great little shop filled with luxurious treasures! Handmade leather/hide pouches, fur accessories, etc… And a great resource for alterations and repairs, too!

My wife was looking for a purse and she wanted to find something a little bit more upscale... And found Cindy's store: Heinsight Leather. Not only did the purse fit all of Heidi's criterion but Cindy's "store side manner" is delightful! Cindi went so far as to actually divide a pocket by stitching it in half so it could be divided into 2 sides instead of one big pocket. Which would make it much easier to put a phone in one side and pans in the other, that was so sweet of her... I would highly recommend her shop. Thank you again Cindy! Was rudely yelled at by an older woman who worked at this establishment as I was parking my car to go out for lunch with my sons. She was incredibly unprofessional and my family was quite taken aback by her brazenness and unkind yelling. Perhaps she should learn that customer service and public respect go hand in hand. I would NEVER shop here.

I never shop at these shops because first off im a man but today was that exception. I went in to get my wife something for our anniversary and the owner was honestly such a bish. I hope she knows that costumer service goes a long way. She too entitled and is not a nice person.

If I could give this shop zero stars I would, while parking outside for lunch with my family some lady who worked at this astablishment yelled at us saying in the most karenous tone ever, “yOu KnOw YoU cAnT pArK tHeIr!” First off it was a public parking space and second off, woman, thank you for caring about me getting a ticket, I really appreciate your concern, but I think I can take care of myself. I hope she didnt have any kids cuz i bet their childhood was miserable.

Stopped in to see Cindy with an inquiry about a few specialty items. I had searched online yet wanted to stay local and do what I can for small business owners. Cindy was a delight!! Great selection and fabulous customer service! I had a small repair to a leather jacket and it was done quickly and looks good as new. Consider this place next time you need leather repair!

Local business that specializes in all things leather. Cindy is a master at sewing leather. Great place to find a unique bag or jacket. Limited hours but really worth your time to check it out when it's open. Watch out for the guard doodle. She loves to be pet.
