“I had an exceptional experience with my Lovesac purchase and Angie at the Mayfair showroom made it even better! The website is a little difficult to navigate and there is a lot to learn when buying this couch. The showroom has all of the tools and samples to explain everything you need to know. I would highly recommend making a trip to a showroom - sometimes the discount in store is even better than online! Assembling the couch was also really easy, all of the information is readily available. It takes a while because there are a lot of steps, but it’s so worth it! Lovesac is selling a great product and it comes with an excellent customer experience as well.”

I feel like I would had an even better experience if we went into the store to make the registry rather than just online because she provided the best customer service I have ever seen.
