Since I have moved my rx's to Froedtert I have has excellent service and have been able to get one of my prescriptions that always seemed to be out of stock else where without delay. I recently moved my Prescriptions from CVS Target because they were very poorly run put me on waiting lists for a couple of prescriptions, etc.

I would highly recommend NOT seeking care here at their behavioral health clinic unless you can afford to pay $933.00 for a 35 minute visit. I met with a nurse practitioner (NP) for a new patient psych evaluation as I am trying to find a new provider. My appointment lasted 35 minutes and was me telling the NP my story and the couple medications I am already on. There were no labs done, no tests done, or anything but yet this appointment was $933.00. I've reached out to many people at Froedtert regarding this bill and all I got back was, "it is more involved and is charged at a higher rate". I asked how it is more involved since they didn't do anything and how 35 minutes with an NP could cost $933.00 but they have not given me any answer. So overall, I am finding a new provider and would recommend you do not go here unless you can afford to pay $933/hr.

This has been a horrible and emotional experience. I have been trying to reach Dr. Jin or her assistant for a week! OR just ANYONE in her office!! I have been transferred over 6 times, placed on hold for over 40 minutes within 3 separate calls back to back. A lady in "scheduling" answered the call and tone was very dry and helped me very minimal. I almost told her to clock out and go home! Another time, a lady was very helpful but we were on hold for the clinic for 25 minutes. I needed some papers or forms signed for a family member by a certain date. After all the people I spoke with and the transfers, I finally got through to Dr. Jin office. I was certain that this phone call was going to be a waste of time like the others. I spoke with Crystal Lathan (in Dr. Jin office) who had a very polite tone in her voice, very professional and helpful. After speaking with Crystal, she was able to give me the answer that I needed! that they received the papers and will sign today! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Crystal. I am glad you were the one that answered the phone. PLEASE keep up the good customer service. That type of service will take you further :)Crystal gets 5 stars from me, however my entire experience with Froedtert is a 1. #nowgrateful

Woman who was checking me in was extremely rude when I told her I'd been in line for about 7 minutes after being told I probably couldn't be seen because I was late. She replied-"You've been in line for a couple minutes". The line was curving through the waiting room when I got there. Please don't tell me how long I'd been waiting on line because you have no idea. Every time I come to this clinic I wait on them for several minutes so to be treated this way when I got rear ended on the way over really rubs me the wrong way.
