This was a glowing five-star review until today. I had an MRI order called in and it took them 5 days to verify an implant in my body despite the fact that I've had multiple MRIs at the same location, one even within the past couple months. On top of that they called me at one point to tell me that they lost my information and I needed to give it again. I'm not sure what happened to them they used to be phenomenal but as of now they leave a lot to be desired and I do not recommend them.

my mri technician was amazing! she was very patient with me about my claustrophobia and helped me any way she could! i loved her! really helped with how bad i was freaking out. i also got my results a couple hours after i left!

Terrible Customer service from the woman who took me back to CT/MRI. She said “I lied on my paperwork about my pierced ears and my weight”. “ I don’t look like I weigh 135, I look less than that”. She was rude to other patients getting ready for their exams. NOT HELPFUL OR KIND….. Will go to Froedtert Main Campus. Always treated respectfully there

My husband had to have an urgent MRI, the front check in lady was a little spicy but got the job done. My hubby went back very tenderly due to his current health status. 70 min he came out. My husband one week prior was working full time, he has put 25 years in the Navy as a Gunner, and does not ask for help easily. When I asked him how it went. His said they never asked if he needed any help, he could hardly get off the table and the staff did not offer or ask if he was comfortable. I had gone to another location of Rayus, in Franklin, they were wonderful. But this location I am sorry to say not great!

They were able to get me in right on time for my scheduled appointment, no waiting. They were super friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The tech mentioned that I would get my results within 2 days, but I received results within a few hours of my appt.

I am always very comfortable at this location. Every tech that I've had for tests are great, but Melissa stands out due to her kind, caring & sweet demeanor. She's knowledgeable & professional. Goes out of her way to make u feel comfortable & anxiety free!

I brought my mother here for an MRI over the weekend. I wanted to personally thank Nali the front desk person for being kind, patient, and professional. I would also like to thank the MRI technologist Kylie that took care of my mother. my mother explained to me that Kylie kept in constant contact with her during the entire exam. Kylie also gave her a warm blanket and helped her off the table. My mom told me Kylie was very nice and sweet and that Kylie helped her get through the exam because she was in lots of pain. Again, thank you both for your professionalism and kindness. This meant a lot to both me and my mom. I would recommend the Mayfair facility to anyone. The clinic was clean and inviting, very comfortable. Great job!!!

My mother had a CT scan last year and had an MRI a few weeks ago. Both times they’ve made us wait over 45 minutes before the front desk receptionist calls us back to a meeting room to then attempt to get a translator on an uncharged tablet. She has done this exact thing both times, doesn’t seem to know how to get a hold of a translator and appears very annoyed as well as frustrated. The reason I go with my mother is to translate to make it easier for the staff. We were scheduled to arrive at 8:10 pm but got there at 8:00. She should’ve tried to get this taken care of right away (she was not busy checking in other patients) instead of having us wait in the lobby for 45 minutes and then witness her frustration for another 15 minutes before allowing the medical assistant to take us back. The rest of the staff was very nice and even apologized on her behalf even then I will never schedule my mother here again.

As far as imaging facilities go, this is the place for accommodation of schedules including late evenings! Staff was patient a d friendly and made my scan tolerable as I'm claustrophobic so the open and extra large MRI was A okay!

Wish I could have taken pictures of this so called open MRI. I had to have a wash rag over my eyes the entire time. I did find one lady at the desk that was very nice which is why the 2 star rating but the rest of the people just to the point and doing their job. This poor guy was sitting over an hour waiting for his appointment by the time I left he was still not taken care of. The lady that did the MRI asked when I see my doctor when I told her she said you might want to get in sooner which terrified me and set me in massive anxiety mode. I have had MRI's before this one was the worst, my head was inside the tube. I was told the chair would have not been a good option. One patient left because it was too closed in. Hope I never have to go back there again.

Way too expensive. Go to MDI or better yet Smart Choice and force these hospitals to lower their charges.

The Wauwatosa location has the only upright MRI in the state of Wisconsin. I'll give them 5 stars for that alone.
We are upright functioning creatures, so having an MRI while laying flat on our back is not an accurate representation of day-to-day life. One study revealed that almost 30% of Spondylolisthesis cases are missed by MRIs conducted in the supine position. Our health care system is so grossly behind in this manner.
