I just had a great experience with a return/exchange at this store. The associate, Andy, helped me exchange an online purchase and find the right jacket for an upcoming trip - excellent products and customer service!

Always the best service at Eddie Bauer! The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. The store always looks good and is stocked. Online returns are easy. I appreciate reward member deals. And, it's only a few storefronts away from Macy's, so it's easy for me to access in a mall that I have no interest in going to.
