Completely unprofessional one of the worst establishment to work and shop at. Do not work,shop, or support this location!!!
Negative rating should be available for places like this. Where employees are understaffed, under appreciate and overall treated poorly! Do better! What ridiculous rules where they can fire staff for any reason and with no cause!

Great selection of balls here. For pickleball. Heavy balls for outside play. Got the 40 balls. A big pack of 6 for me and my friend.
They also have a decent display of rackets to hit the balls.

This is on the online ordering, 2 times I got emails saying a sweat shirt I wanted was available, when I went to order said not available when I went to,order. Third time was able to order got confirmation of order, 2 days later got email saying order cancelled. Tried emailing customer service got email back saying that e mailed not monitored. Last time I order from them.

never apply here for a job. i had a scheduled interview and no one even showed up to do it. i even called twice just to see what the problem was and they said they would reschedule. never happened. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Went in to buy a pair of shoes and no one would help stood there with the shoe in my hand for 25 minutes. Took my money elsewhere and will not go back!!!!!

Great location for all kind of sporting goods. Have had my golf clubs re-gripped here. Quality work and completed while I shopped. Received friendly service and will come back. For a big box I was impressed with the personal service I received.

Date of visit: November 17, 2023 I visited looking for running shoes, after spending several minutes in the section I was asked if I needed help and I declined, but maybe I should have said, "yes," the shoes were kind of all over the place, not arranged by size and often not near the corresponding display shoes. Making matters worse is that the shoes are double-stacked, meaning I had to pull out the first set of boxes to see if the boxes hiding behind them were 1) the shoes I wanted, and 2) the right size. This took quite a bit more time than I had anticipated spending on this activity! Once I finally found a pair that was in my size and I liked, I went up front to pay and while there were several employees hanging around the door, only one of them was at a register, so I had to wait for her to finish with the customer in front of me. Then after my transaction was complete, she told the crew that she was taking her break and someone would need to be available in her absence.

I have been a Dick’s customer for over 10 years and this store is easily the worst one I’ve ever been too.Bad selection of cleats and staff are immature and rude. If I were management I would look into training up their staff with knowledge, customer care and manners.Avoid this store at all costs and go to another one.
