The cashier had a plastic shopping basket on their head—what is that about? Total nonsense! Three registers, but only one is open, and there are three employees just standing there like they’re in a statue competition, completely ignoring the line of people. I waited 30 minutes just to buy a costume for a bear I already bought! A complete waste of my time, and it was so loud in there from the music, and the loud kids.

The employee was very nice! She stuffed my Snoopy that I got online, then fixed the stitching on the plush sea monster that I also got online. She took care of the issue quickly and kindly. Thankfully there wasn't a huge line waiting for stuffing!

The lady was really nice. It was really busy, there was probably about five families stuffing, and buying bears. There was only one lady working doing both but she did great.

We went to build a bear to build a “binky bear”. Gina was AMAZING with our daughter. She encouraged her to be a big girl! She helped our daughter put all her binks in the bear before stuffing it. She told her whenever she misses her binks she can just hug binky bear! Our daughter did amazing with this plan. No tears ever! We are so impressed with how great Gina was with our girl! Can’t thank her enough!

Drive 2 hours to get my grandson a build a bear for his birthday, says it’s open but a bunch of us are standing here 45 minutes now and no one in site!

We just hosted my daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Mayfair and it was so much fun! Joseph was an excellent party leader and was so incredibly helpful! All the kids had a great time and left happy! Highly recommend for your next birthday party!

Took my granddaughter to the workshop at Mayfair Mall for her birthday. The associate who assisted my granddaughter was awesome. I believe her name was Chelle. She was engaging and made my granddaughter feel special! It was a great experience!
