After many years of trying to come here and get decent service, it's time to shut this place down. Went inside to order around 550pm and waited to be acknowledged. I noticed there were 3 customers that were waiting for their orders ahead of me, no problem. I waited about 5-10 minutes, still not acknowledged, as 1 of the customers was given his order. He walked by me and remarked, "an hour to make 6 cookies, that's ridiculous!" I agreed as well as the other 2 customers who were still waiting for their orders. I was finally asked by an employee "did you order something?" I replied, "No." He was indifferent to my response and was absolutely high out of his mind as his eyes were half closed and he was giggly. My next comment was "did you want to take my order?" He responded "No" and walked away. Then, as if on queue, 2 customers came in with food that was made wrong. "What a joke this place is!" All the customers agreed. I asked if 2 different employees if they were management or supervisor to no avail. I also commented that they had no hair nets, gloves, no handwashing was observed at all and I pointed those facts out to no avail. Another employee came from behind the counter, seemed to be a supervisor of some kind, asked me if I ordered anything and I said no. He then said "Then I dont want to hear you complain" and walked behind the counter to go to the back. There's more to the story, but it's not worth re-hashing. Not worth the time, energy, and especially, my money. Pretty sad, because this place used to be decent. About 20 years ago. I will say their morning shift shows promise, but it's not enough to save this place. This place has become ghetto with a capital G. Dirty, not sanitary, workers under the influence, trash everywhere, etc. They recently remodeled, but I'm thinking they should've remodeled the staff(non morning) as well. SHUT IT DOWN ALREADY!!!

In the past when I was 14 years old they always screw my orders from forgetting one thing to another to putting wrong ingredients and food. Same thing with drinks. I talked to their manager that I will never come back again unless they fixed their customer service. I came back because they did fix it but then they went back to their old ways again. I called their corporate twice and they hung up on me without listening to my complaint. I told I will never come back again. I would rate this as a zero star but I guess one star would do. I am also Autistic. I have Autistic Spectrum Disorder and I am working on my anxiety, anger and depression issues with therapy.

Spent my *entire* lunch break waiting to get my food. Took 10 minutes just to order my food because no one was at the counter.

The one star on this review is for the dinner staff, absolutely, ridiculously painfully slow. It's a night and day difference between the quality, service and speed during breakfast compared to the dinner time. I'm pretty sure prisons offer better service, efficiency, and quality then this McDonald's does for dinner. Update, just received our food after 15 min and it's cold. Never going hear again after 11Am. Come on MCD, get with the program I love your company but your getting your head handed to you by Chick-Filet.

Please for the love of god teach your employees how to accept a passport ID. A passport is a valid form of ID.

This McDonald's is the absolute worst in the Milwaukee area!!! I have never gone here and had a good experience once! This location is right near my home but I would rather go to a location waaaay out of my way then go here. Every once in a while I forget how absolutely awful this place is and give it another shot. Maybe better management is there now? Maybe some workers have gotten better? NOPE! Same crappy experience Every. Single. Time. This location is staffed with lazy workers and incompetent (if non existent) management. Do yourself a favor and go to any other McDonald's. If Yelp would allow for zero stars I'd give them that rating. Even a 1 start is too many for this place.

I had an aweful experience at this Mc Donalds I entered the drive thru like at 10:36 and waited for 10 minutes with a line of cars behind me. When I finally pulled up to the window a women was sitting on the phone and talking to her mother, she looked at me and ignored me. Then came to the window after I continued to sit there and looked at me. I asked her if they were closed and she said ya very rudely. The sign says they are open till 11 I expect the place to be open and still serving 30 minutes before it is closed. I will not be coming back to this Mc Donalds.

I have got to start trusting these yelp reviews. Unfortunately all of the McDonald's within 5 miles had a 2 1/2 or less star review. So I took a chance on this one. Well things started looking good drive-through was fast fries were piping hot and fresh Coke was well calibrated and crisp. So I'm thinking, oh they must've got it wrong. Wrong! I open my grand big Mac and the first thing I notice is the bun is hard. That and the melted cheese, obvious indicators of a premade, sitting in the warmer for over 10 minutes sandwich. So I took the barn off and had a couple bites as I was 10 minutes away from the location by the time I started eating. I'm just hoping I can finish today without any stomach problems... smh

For a Sunday morning they were actually " fast " on service which is a major surprise for McDonald standards. But tables and chairs were dirty which is a typical norm at most McDonald's
