We had a wedding rehearsal dinner there August 22, it couldn’t have been more perfect! The manager Joey was over the top incredible with making sure the room was perfect from being ready to decorate to making sure the temperature was good (it was warm and the air conditioning was not available to control on his end) he went and got 2 large floor fans to cool it down. He stayed near us to check on us of help was needed, he helped us out the flowers on the tables and got water for the vases, he told me if there was anything I needed to let him know and when he saw we had used plates on the tables he jumped in with his staff cleared them off, we felt catered to. He gave suggestions to help me with decision making for my best interest! We had a wonderful array of delicious food, we had an open bar and added extra lanes to our party cause people stayed and had a blast! Thanks Joey and the awesome bartenders for making an unforgettable positive experience. When I first called and had concerns, this a (copy paste) of what he said.. “I want to ensure you have a great event and whatever I can do to accommodate I am all for it Mrs. Nordquist” that made me relieved of any concerns from that moment and I’m glad I trusted him!

Honestly, I wish I could rate this lower. I don't think there is anything good about this place anymore and there are so many other places to go that are not only cheaper but also a much better environment. This place used to be worth the money, but now the food is nasty. The lanes are bad, the service is horrible, and the management is dispicable.

It was too expensive. The drink menue doesn't belong in Wisconsin. We don't drink that stuff. The building and machinery are out of the 1950's. You should expect a lot better for what you pay.

Bowlero, I would recommend hanging out with family and friends. Nice lanes, great customer service, clean, nice atmosphere, relaxing fun,decent pricing for lane time and shoe rental.

This is the worst place to bowl! Broken glass in the parking lot most times, is a game of bowling worth a flat tire? If you arrive within 30 min of open good luck on finding someone to check you in, usually the one employee they have for check in is in the break room on their phone. 9 times out of 10 your lane will break down and 7 times out of 10 your ball will get damaged by the lane mechanicals they never keep up. One order of food has taken two hours to be delivered. If anything goes wrong don't bother bringimg it to their attention because they don't care. Find a place that values your business and won't damage your cars tires or your bowling balls.
