Drive up ATM at this location is the absolute WORST! Not only is the software very slow, it has a bunch of prompts that should be bypassed with a BMO debit card (language and receipt preferences at a minimum). The software is a BMO issue, but this location you can't make a deposit without it rejecting most of the bills and in my case they are coming directly from another bank so it's an issue with this ATM. With a young child I prefer to drive to a different location than use the ATM inside, so I make that drive past this location almost every time. When I try it again, I'm still disappointed, including a couple weeks after I saw a guy that was cleaning it and said it was "extremely dirty" and that's why it wouldn't accept the bills. Worst bank ever. They would not receive one start if it wasn't required to write this review. Customer service always takes undeniably long, 10 mins plus each time only to connect you with a representative who tells you that you have to go in person for resolution. That's why I'm calling in the first place! Recently I called to reset my online banking password. After 15 mins of wait time and finally speaking to a live person, I was asked for my name, address, social, and account number. That was not sufficient enough to verify my identity and was told I'd need to appear in person at a local branch. What an inconvenience! I'vhad so many problems with this bank

Asked to speak with a branch manager and was told that they were busy...wouldn't a more appropriate response be to say that you will notify them that a customer wants to speak to them when they are free? Doubt a branch manager would want to hear that a teller is refusing to notify them about a customer that wants to speak to them, so unprofessional. Have been a customer for over a decade and this exchange just makes me want to close my accounts.

The outside ATM has been broken for 2 weeks. There was no "out of order" indicator When I attempted to use the ATM. VERY poor customer service. I have had the same account number for 38 years. Maybe it's time for a new one.

BMO's staffs will always have you covered. Lost my debit card and Cathy Beaulieu was very helpful and made a new one one in minutes. Best Banker ever!

Worst customer service, literally waiting 20 minutes to see a banker cause again fraud on my account and for some reason need a banker to print a card.. pointless to step foot in this place, watched 2 other people leave due to wait time... just go bank with an actual bank and not a laughing stock of a business.. closing this account and going to a real bank

Luis Diego Hernandez my banker was genuine and professional in his service in opening up my checking account and line of credit. I am going to recommend all of my friend to use BMO Harris for their banking needs. What impressed me the most, hewent out of way to worked on my time availability which I greatly appreciated.
