Customer service worker LaShelle is rude and condescending. Maybe she had a rough morning but you pay her for customer service, not to talk loudly over people. She said there was no Best Buy plus attached to my purchase, I asked if I had best buy plus and she had 200 extra things to say instead of “yes”. Eat some breakfast.

**BEWARE OF BEST BUY’s RETURN POLICY/PERIOD**
Placed an online order for a juicer for my wife’s birthday, picked up 6/7. Didn’t even take it out of the box, it’s just enormous. Go to return it today, 7/2, and was told it was outside of their return period, which is apparently 15 days. So I assumed store credit would be at least an option, this thing was $200. How could I be so stupid, of course it wasn’t…UNLESS, I purchased a $50/yr “membership” from them. Then, they’d be generous enough to give me a credit for 75% of the purchase price. I declined this exceptional deal, as iI won’t be shopping with this company again, just terrible business.

Staff were helpful and responsive. Product selection was lacking for a television where there's this crazy jump in prices for televisions that go from a few hundred to over a thousand.

A large two-story Best Buy, built for a pre-Amazon era. You'll have room to browse, although it does get crowded sometimes. Staff is friendly but must be approached for help, which is fine by me. Was in and out, huge selection but some of the more popular product inventory was depleted.

I really don't like going to Best Buy since the pandemic because of the way they greet you, point to the area you want, then you're on your own. But this time I actually got lucky and found an employee that actually knew what he was talking about. Usually they google your questions as you ask them because they don't have a clue. Still, find somewhere else to go. Best Buy is clueless and if you don't become a " member" for $180 a month, they won't give you the time of day.

Here is why you SHOULDN'T come to this location:
I scheduled an appointment at 7:40PM, and arrived on time. However, suddenly, a customer without an appointment came to pick up an item. The agent who has just talked with me for a few seconds decided to help someone else for over 20 minutes. I came with 3 devices, and was promised to get support, however, I was ignored consistently along with the next customer who scheduled an appointment after me. We sat there until 9pm for the store to closed! This is already more than an hour of wait!! Then, the agent came to me and said "I'm sorry, but everything is breaking down". I asked if I will still be helped, so he responded: "Of course, I won't let you wait for so long without being helped". Note, I scheduled an appointment and was highly mistreated with a poor resolution. Eventually, at 9:20PM , 20 minutes after the store was closed, he offered me to purchase a membership so it won't happen again. Since the two year warranty for my laptop is expired, he couldn't offer a solution. He confirmed that my item has a factory defect, but fixing it would cost a lot. How come a customer is left with no solution? His resolution was to purchase a new laptop, and get a membership. Addionally, my main complaint here is the poor customer service I received. I tried reaching out to the manager, but I didn't receive a call back.
By writing this review, I am hopping to receive a better solution, and potentially a compensation to the worse experience I've ever had in a store considering that most of my electronics are from Best Buy.
*picture attached to demonstrate the factory defect my laptop has. The screen is cracked due to the poor rotation. We are talking about a 2 year old laptop which was used only for school! Now, I was forced to purchase a new laptop with no compensation, poor customer service, and a ruined modern laptop which is caused by manufacturer error.

Customer service was wonderful. Only reason I'm doing 4 instead of 5 stars is because it seems like things had shifted around and employees were confused on the locations of products. Overall a good experience though.
