Generally, Autozone has been a good experience. Went to this location this week and the employee was on a personal phone the entire time she was assisting me. Quite rude, at least I got what I needed.

Came in to grab an item. Was 'welcomed' by a lady (black, mid 20's ish, hoop earrings, eyelash extensions and light hair) sitting over the counter nonchalantly with a phone in her hand, she mumbled something to me I couldn't hear when I walked in. Grabbed my Item and walked to the register. She had a less than welcoming demeanor, and when I tried to apply my business discount and it didn't work, I asked for my alternate business number, which seemed to bother her a bit. When I gave her my alt number I could've sworn she didn't type in an actual number, like she had the first time- she wasn't typing any keys on the keyboard and I only heard her finger tap a few times on the touchscreen-enough taps to only type in an area code. She then asked for my first number which I gave and I had some auto rewards finally pop up. I asked about any discount as I have a business account tied to Autozone, to which she shrugged and just dismissed me. Poor customer service. I gave up and just left.

Draya the manager was very nice and installed my brake light with no issue. Definitely deserves recognition.

I went in 330pm Wednesday. The male worker (should’ve gotten his name) was very kind and helpful. The worker with pink hair was less than welcoming. Looked like she didn’t want to be there or to help customers. I am very big on customer service and she was not giving. If she wasn’t there I would have given store 5 stars.

Just left AutoZone. Needed new windshield wipers, great customer service. Chuck was amazing. Came out replaced by windshield wipers. Super quick made sure that they worked properly before I left! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Steve was a great help. I needed a new battery and then a fuse ended up blowing. He worked on my car out in the cold for over an hour trying to get the new battery working. Once we realized a fuse had blown, he did everything he could to help me through the next steps by putting me in touch with mechanics and pushing my car into a parking space for a few days over the holiday weekend. He was very nice and made good conversation. Highly recommend.
