Arrived at 8:58 for appointment. Three receptionist were at their desk. No one acknowledge me. I stood at the area that stated stop here until called. Waited until 9:36am to be called in the back. Then had to get in the room and wait even more time for the doctor. He knocked on the door at 9:48am and was talking outside the door with the medical assistant. Came in the at 10:18am. My visit was over at 10.30. Absolutely unacceptable!

Always a great experience here. My physical therapist is awesome and the front desk people are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.

My Ortho Doctor practices at this location. It is easy to locate and very visible from Mayfair Road. The parking is free and is self park. No Valet at this location. The receptionists are friendly, well kept and good at their job. The waiting room is nice and big. There is a television in the waiting room and chairs that are actually high enough for people with knee problems not to squat that low to sit. What an Amazing concept!! Lol It's a very relaxing space to relax before seeing a doctor of any kind. Here's hoping all your tests are good and you can just enjoy the calm!

Went in for first initial broken ankle treatment. Walked in limping and no one offered or even mentioned a wheelchair. I didn't even know they had wheelchairs until I noticed a few on my way out. The receptionist checked me in and gave me a clip board of paperwork to fill out and again, I had to make my way up to the desk to give it back. Once called the nurse assisting me to my room didn't offer a wheelchair either and she just happen to take me to a room quite far from the check in area. She wasn't to pleasant, didn't look to pleased to be working. I'm a nurse myself so I know the look and body language. The doctor himself was very nice, knowledgeable and understanding. After going through all the work to put on a boot, I had to take it off 5 minutes later to have an X-ray;which was quite difficult for someone who had just broken their ankle a day prior and especially with no help. The X-ray tech was very sweet and helpful but after my X-ray she still didn't offer a wheelchair. Not a very friendly atmosphere, if I didnt HAVE to, I wouldn't go back and I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Becca was our Athletic trainer at Hale and was fantastic!! We have also done the pitching analysis ( mechanics assessment, excercises and binder with excercises and tips) which was well worth the money and have had Physical Therapy with Sean from back strain to slap tears, again excellent- got both kids back on the court/field. Very pleased with everything they have helped us with over the years!

Don't go to Dr. Rider. I asked for her or her nurse to talk to me and they sent a receptionist to speak to me. To me, that is unacceptable. Will never see her again.

Aurora clinic located next to Aliotos on Mayfair road. Easy to find. Big parking structure. Free parking. Clinic opens at 6am (crazy). I visited orthopedics. Front desk not friendly in the least. I felt like I was bothering her by checking in. The nurse was friendly. The doctor was sort of friendly. I saw him for two minutes and then he sent me for X-ray. Once that was done I was taken back to my exam room and doctor was right back in to review it. He said he could not help me, thought I had rheumatoid arthritis and gave me a referral to rheumatologist. I saw the doctor for only 5 minutes. Everything ran on time which I appreciated.
