I received top notch care at this ATI clinic! I enjoyed every session because of the quality of the exercises and the friendly banter that was always happening between the PTs and the clients. Once they got my knee back to full strength, I was almost sad because my sessions at ATI had come to an end

When I walked into ATI for my first appointment, I couldn’t stand up straight and could barely walk. My back pain was pretty much at a constant 10. Within 2 sessions, Jackie helped that pain pretty much disappear. During each session, Jackie listened to my concerns and adjusted to meet my needs and reduce discomfort. She truly knows her stuff! Zack was great at helping me adjust my form during stretches and exercises to maximize results as well. After just a few weeks, I’m back to 100% and have the tools to help if my back pain ever returns. I’m very grateful!

When they say your copay is $10 it isn’t, the $10 is just a partial payment towards your actual copay. Which in my fiancés case was $112 each session, they didn’t bother to give him the bill until he was done with all his sessions totaling to $1,000. When he called about this issue Rita, someone who assured him his copay was only $10, told him to call his health care provider and hung up on him. Clearly this isn’t the first time they’ve done this, be careful. Also my injury has not subsided after 15+ sessions.

They lie to you about your out of pocket costs. I was told my therapy was covered by insurance other than $10 copay per visit. Weeks after I stopped my therapy I got a bill in the mail, I called their billing department and the clinic I visited. Both apologized for the mistake and not being clear about their cost, and both left me under the impression this is a common practice at ATI.
I would've stopped going to PT long before as I spent 50 minutes of my hour appointment just doing my exercises (which I could do for free at home), but continued to go because it was only $10 dollars - or so I thought.

I chose ATI at The Mayfair Collection for my knee replacement physical therapy and I am so happy that I did. Jackie did my initial evaluation appointment and after that I worked with Steve and Zack 3 times a week for 8 weeks. I wasn't looking forward to physical therapy but Steve and Zack made it a fun and healing experience. Steve has a great personality for making every patient feel welcome and relaxed. He is able to work with multiple clients at the same time and he makes each of them feel attended to and cared for. He connects on a human level. He gets to know everyone on a personal level and creates conversations that keep people engaged in the process. I considered Zack to be the glue that keeps the personality of this facility fun and exciting. His youthful energy and kindness combined with Steve's calm and gentle manner kept me wanting to come back for every appointment. My therapy sessions ended a couple of weeks ago and I can honestly say I miss my sessions at ATI Mayfair Collection. Every time I was in the facility there was laughter in the air. Every other PT patient was having as good a time as I was even as we worked through our own pain and recovery. This staff is the kind of magic that doesn't happen often and usually doesn't last forever. I hope Steve and Zack are both still at this location when I have the other knee replaced next year. It will be like visiting old friends. And btw, my knew knee feels great! Thanks!

I love and enjoyed my hands on care at ATI physical therapy. Jackie, Steve, Zack, Sam, Andy, Jess, & Lamon are all great. This team makes sure that the clients get all the right cares while in their care. The clients cares & needs are always 1st, I would recommend everyone I know to ATI physical therapy, their the best team ever and I'm thankful for the experience.

My Daughter who has special needsenjoys having PT at the Mayfair Collection location. The staff is always laughing and in discussion that includes the clients. It lightens the mood helping the time go by.... The staff are knowledgeable and make it easy accommodations my daughter.
