Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
As a first-time homebuyer, I was daunted by the rigmarole of underwriting and closing; however, Matt Simmons simplified the process for me better than I could imagine. He answered all my questions in a timely, understandable fashion, and he saved many more by taking the initiative to explain the nitty-gritty to me.
Above all, Matt helped save me thousands in closing compared to all the national lenders I previously shopped for. With AmeriCU, I settled on a lower mortgage rate AND cheaper closing-cost total than any other mortgagor offered me.
In short, AmeriCU Mortgage has been nothing short of helpful, prompt, and ethical in my experiences!
