Are the mechanics really know the ins and outs of Evinrude motors. It’s hard to find shops that pay as much attention to detail and communicate it with the customer as these guys. The front office ain’t too bad either lol except for that Mark guy. JK

Mark and his daughter, Sunny were able to assist us with all of our question and inquiries. The rented pontoon, however was not so great. The motor made a LOT of noise and died 3x. There was not a paddle on the boat. There on only 1 anchor on the boat which had a very small nylon rope that could not be gripped. Very disappointed considering the cost.

On a repower, they sold us a "New" motor that actually had 17 hours on it. We discovered this once we got the NMEA 2000 hooked up and working properly (part of the work order they didn't accomplish during the 6 months that they had the boat.) In addition, they rigged the control box backwards (forward and reverse were swapped), the transducer on the new chart plotter they installed (and didn't complete) was set way below the bottom of the boat, they didn't hook up the fuel gauges correctly, they didn't hook up the trim correctly, they left all of the wires extremely tight on the back of everything that they did wire, they took out a perfectly working new bilge pump and put in a different bilge pump that doesn't work (not part of the work order.) Exactly everything that they did, we had to redo before the first outing. They didn't even submit the dealer warranty paperwork to the manufacturer correctly. Luckily the manufacturer was already aware issues with this dealer when we contacted them, and were very friendly in helping us with what they could and referred us to a different dealer for any warranty work.

Terrible customer service and Mark is about as rude as any business owner can be. The locals don’t go there and now I know why . can’t believe any owner would talk to the customers like he does Never again.
