Very nice people. The lady in office was very helpful and polite. The tech that came to the house was helpful and did his job very well. I would recommend them to everyone. Excellent job !!

The technicians were prompt, courteous, respectful and able to find and fix the issue fast. The office personnel was friendly and kind. I would recommend this company if you ever were in need of service.

New to the area, I was referred to A&M by a friend. Beth had two employees come to the house (within two days) to assess and price a new central air unit, as well as a new wood burning stove. The folks were friendly and professional from the start. Twice the folks alluded to needing to talk with the owner about timing and pricing. I didn't need to meet the owner: Anyone hiring people as friendly and courteous as the people I met had to be a stand-up guy himself. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. Moving, meeting, working, living...everything is new here for me. The people at A&M were perhaps the first locals I met. I felt like an awkward outsider. But beyond the great price and service, the kindness was free. Plus, Beth referred me for the best firewood I've ever found. Great service. Great people. Great price.
