“This has nothing to do with this particular store, but policies in general. I don’t understand why gift cards cannot be used to purchase items while using your percent off coupon. It forces you to charge everything to get the discount. I personally pay my charge in full every month. I have so many gift cards but have to choose between using them and getting the deals. It just doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe I should have my family give me cash instead if purchasing your cards. To me they are the same thing. Maybe someone can explain this to me. We live 40 miles from the nearest Kohls, so we generally only go when there’s a good sale and a percent off.”
“michelle was sooo sweet!! i went in to look for a clip charm and ended up getting 2 charms that have been on my wishlist and were out of stock on the pandora site. i also finally convinced my sister to get a bracelet, however i want to say that michelle and the other staff were not pressuring AT ALL! they were very kind, informative, friendly and made us both feel very welcomed. we will definitely be coming here for our pandora items from now on!”
