We're new to the area and it was our 1st visit with our old man kitty (who has various health concerns to monitor, though he is still active and out "kittens" his little bother). He can be sweet as pie, or not so sweet at times. The staff did an amazing job and so far we're happy to have found this place to be the new vet for our fur babies.

Highly recommend! The vets and techs give kind and gentle care. They offer scaled treatment options so you can choose what is best for your budget and pet. Very easy to get prescription and supplement refills.

Dr Missy and Dr. Karla, along with the techs, have been nothing but thorough, kind, informative, and patient. I'm extremely happy with all of the care my senior dog has received over the past 3 years.

I wanted to thank Wausau Animal Hospital for the wonderful care they gave to my dog after a recent dog bite incident. The incident was scary and traumatic and it was difficult to witness our dog in pain.
I appreciate Wausau Animal Hospital squeezing my dog in to get an appointment. It was comforting to witness the great care my dog received by all the Wausau Animal staff. I am happy to report my dog is now on the road to recovery. I highly recommend Wausau Animal Hospital!

10/10 recommend! Dr Jessica and tech Megan called for our little guy Nico. They were very gentle and loving and Dr Jessica knew so much about rabbits! She saved our bunny! I was shocked when we got our bill and couldn’t believe how affordable our visit was! Thank you both for taking care of our boy!
