I went into this walmart late afternoon a little after 3pm with my service dog after just getting out of the hospital. When entering this walmart Immediately hear two walmart employees in the entry way chatting among themselves that my dog couldn't possibly be a service animal and other very unkind and discriminatory statements. I am very disappointed in the lack of respect shown towards a customer let alone a disabled individual. I wish I would have caught their names to make a formal complaint.

Walmart has great customer services. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable. The variety and prices of the products were impressive, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. Overall, it was a delightful visit and I would highly recommend.

The difference in each Walmart has to do with management I think. Wausau's store is closer for me but I prefer Merrill's due to these 3 things: well stocked shelves/items, cleanliness/lack of items on floor, and available clerks to help if you need it. I always use self check out and there are ample cashiers to help there, but the only ones on the floor are the staff that are filling orders with those big carts and they don't seem to know enough about anything to be of service. Still, I am there at least once a week. I know its hard to find good help but the good ones seem to be off when I am there. I do like their car center people though! And agree about the holey parking lot. It's heck getting your cart to the car without bruising bananas and breaking eggs and your arms are like shock absorbers!

Staff in electronics was very rude the store is a mess inside the parking lot is a pot holed mess and they have door greeters acting like cops I'm pretty sure loss prevention isn't some 60 year old who wants to fight anyways don't shop here I won't going forward
