Was told 30 minutes for two tires to be replaced. Came back 45 mins later and waited in a line of 3 other people so wasn’t even addressed till the guy in front of us was done. Which he ordered 4 Tires and they managed to mess it up and ordered 1 instead, so he had to cancel his order. Finally we are helped after about a hour and no paper work is done and they don’t even have the rims taken off our old tires yet. So we had to sit and wait for a total of 1 hour and 35 minutes for a 30 minute job. On top of it the customer service wasn’t very great…. Just an overall bad experience.

So thankful these guys were here! They took me in for a battery change 15 imites before close and worked over an hour and a half AFTER they closed to get it done! Stellar service and a great value! Highly recommend!!! A+++++

Elderly neighbor took his car for oil change last week. Left store made it out of parking lot and car stops! Shuts down locks up. Drained the oil... Never check to see if new oil was put in. Call him wile in store shopping and said car done come get it! I'll up date this when we see what the going to do. They destroyed his perfectly good car.. Now needs new engine.. That I understand is not made any more. So he gets stuck with used engine.. They should guarantee for life or buy him a new car!I'll up date this post wen we find out what they do.God avoid this place. Clearly not careful with their service department!

Please just go across the stree to discount tire. This place has terrible customer service. A rude counter person calling a customer a crazy bit** and has no clue how to do his job. Under staffed and under paid and it shows.

Needed a new tire put on my cars rim, tire was done before I was even done shopping! Good customer service as well, kind and courteous staff.

Was quoted 1hr appointment for my tire change. They told me upon arrival that it would be 2-3hrs because they only have one mechanic worker. Why are they allowing appointments then if you don’t have the staffing?? Ended up being 1 hr and 45mins. Rude customer service as well. Has definite areas for improvement!

I was told to walk around with my 2 kids even though my car was right outside. They said the doors were locked after walking around the building to get to my car I saw the same staff outside chatting and smoking then casually walk back inside.

What a great group of employees this Walmart has. I was greatly surprised to experience there excellent customer service. They auto dept staff was very honest. Not knowing mechanics they could of charged me much more than I really needed. I will definitely return when my car needs service.William

Got my oil changed and my headlights restored. Everyone was super nice and helpful. My headlights look brand new and I have an older car (2008). Very happy with my experience, will definitely be returning!

I have never in my life heard about not being able to change tires due to an airbag light being on. My vehicle was hit on the right side, and no car repair shop can get the light to turn off. It's ok, cause instead of the 2 tires I was going to buy through Walmart, I bought 4 right across the street, and they were more professional.

There was only one guy there doing the actual service at the time but he did get my 2 new tires on with out Complaint.

Literally the absolute worst place to take your car for anything. I'm not kidding when I say everywhere else is cheaper. About a month ago I went to get new tires and they literally put balled tires on my car and tried to pull it off as new tires. I got my money back and went somewhere else and payed 50$ less than they charged me. The take away is that the auto center is terrible.
